I would really like to know what his job was. Apparently he was paid big bucks to be able to afford the appartment and utilities,. All the spy equipment does not come cheap. Dressed in top class clothes. Those supplements he sold must have been made of gold. Or were they made of something else?

Just my opinion. He would have had to sell tons of supplements every day to make that sort of money.

There is no way the fellow who is supporting RL, alongside her father, would be her "real boyfriend". I think attacks on RL detract from the real issue; the fact that Gittany has been convicted of murdering Lisa Cecilia Harnum in cold blood, or hot rage.

RSBM & BBM - I think RL is part of the REAL issue here - she was next in line to be controlled IF she is his real girlfriend, and IMO she's not.

We will have to agree to disagree about that and I don't think there is any real basis for allegations that she is not Gittany's "real girlfriend", even if she does appear to court media attention.

JOAN Harnum's daughter was brutally taken from her but after Simon Gittany was found guilty of her murder an emotional Joan Harnum said outside court, "there are no winners in this case''.

"Two families have had their lives dramatically changed forever,'' she said.

"We will always mourn the loss of our beautiful Lisa Cecilia and are working towards making her legacy a powerful wake-up call to young women.

"My daughter used to say people can ask for help but children and animals cannot.

"And now young women who are caught up in situations like my daughter found herself in need a voice as well.''

I'm not attacking RL at all. Whatever flak she receives, she's brought upon herself. She was an absolute disgrace today, totally ignoring or perhaps confused about why she was actually there. Her so called boyfriend Simon Gittany had been found guilty of Lisa Harnum's murder, yet RL made it all about herself, with total disrespect for Justice McCullum and Lisa Harnum's family.

Simon Gittany has done two precious stints in jail. One for a violent attack on a police officer. The other for drug supply.

Gittany got 2.5 years periodic detention in 1995 for wounding a officer. He did 3 years periodic detention from 2001 for drug supply.

I'm noticing the expensive handbags in this photo. Louise Vuitton & Burberry estimated $1,500.00 each. I've noticed RL with Louise Vuitton on other days.
Let's face it ladies, wear a bag like that & you can do anything, even abuse a judge.

I was so hoping that RL would be charged with contempt of court today.

Contempt Of Court NSW

Contempt in the face of the court is an act which has the tendency to interfere with or undermine the authority, performance or dignity of the courts or those who participate in their proceedings: Witham v Holloway (1995) 183 CLR 525 per McHugh J at 538-539.

Examples of contempt include:

abusing and swearing at a magistrate: Prothonotary of the Supreme Court of New South Wales v Hall [2008] NSWSC 994

filming witnesses with a view to intimidation: Prothonotary of the Supreme Court of New South Wales v Rakete (2010) 202 A Crim R 117

prevaricating or refusing to answer questions: Keeley v Brooking (1979) 143 CLR 162

refusing to take the oath or give evidence: Smith v The Queen (1991) 25 NSWLR 1

refusing to leave the court when directed: In the matter of Bauskis [2006] NSWSC 908 disobeying court orders including subpoena: O’Shane v Channel Seven Sydney Pty Ltd [2005] NSWSC 1358.

BBM.

She could very well already be charged with contempt of court. That may account for her silence outside the court...or she was told to zip it or she would be charged. Time will tell.

Don't forget the violent attack occurred BECAUSE of break & enter arrest.
1) break & enter
2) attack of police officer (ear)
3) drug charges

And he was upset with Lisa having a secret Pfft.

SO the Golden Child has had 3 priors (that we know of)

SIMON Gittany was found guilty today of throwing his fiancee Lisa Harnum to her death. Her heartbroken mum broke her silence in an exclusive interview with A Current Affair's Tracy Grimshaw.

Mrs Harnum told ACA's Grimshaw: "(Lisa) was completely brainwashed."

On Rachelle Louise: "I worried for her, she reminded me of my daughter."

How heartbreaking is this! Joan Harnum had to watch RL accompany GS to court every day and all the time RL was reminding her of Lisa. This is just so sad.

Gittany will be sentenced on February 5.
Tonight he will be taken by prison van to NSW's major remand centre at Silverwater in Sydney's west, where he will be strip searched and given a prison uniform.

He will be interviewed by jail psychologists as to his mental state, placed in a cell and on suicide watch.

As to Gittanys occupation, I wonder whether his vitamin business was a front for supplying drugs. Especially if his vitamin business was essentially run "online".

IMO

Respectfully snipped.

I am wondering why she quoted children and animals can't ask for help. Lisa told her mother that if anything should happen to her, she should ask her counsellor. Two women knew.

So sad.
