This is worrying. I have only just the other day been discussing with others here the only case we can think of where a man charged with murder was released on bail and while out on bail he murdered his mother in law and committed suicide.

Seems the first hitch in the bail arrangements was that he struggled to get a mortgage on his home. Wonder who is going to be making the monthly payments? They will be about $3,800 per month, over 30 years.

The younger Dawson was granted bail a week ago but struggled to secure a mortgage over his home which made up half of the $1.5 million security he needed to meet bail. Once that was done, he was missing a document.

I momentarily considered a 40 minute trip over to the M1 to wave at the cavalcade but decided a glass of red after gardening all day was the better option.
A trial hanging over ones head for at least 12/18 months would surely take its toll, there will be plenty of scheming ahead for Team Dawson. MOO

You asked who is going to pay the monthly mortgage payments of $3,800 per month? At the age of 70, CD is probably retired and probably his wife, Sue, is too. I thought that a caveat would simply be put over their home so that they cannot sell it. Surely they do not have to pay $3,800 a month if neither of them work unless they have an investment property where they receive rent. But, if so, please explain as I don't really understand why you stated this otherwise.
