He swears this is the only time he returned to Aust during the period he lived overseas YET he *Obtained NSW Drivers License in name of CHAIM FREDERIC DAVID DEHEDERVARY. Address: 4/6a Rangers Rd Cremorne. on 29/1/1985.
How did he manage to do that?

My belief is that the person born Willy David Wouters is one person.
And Willy David Coppenolle is the other.
This explains A LOT of why it looks like a confused mess and with too much 'intelligence ' that we are giving to RB.
He might be a criminal but he isnt that intelligent. Street wise yes. An intellect no.

It's the reason why at the inquest hecan't answer some of the more important stuff, because he has no idea, and WHY the dates in the years of IK and WWdon't match up, among other dates.

DdeH is married to Willy David Coppenolle aka RB, illegitimate child and his 'brother' WWD is his offsider.
One gathers the goods and the other disposes the evidence.
The only thing that stopped this whole unbelievably disgusting criminal act going on since the early 1950s was SL continuing to follow her hunches, and with that will bring down decades of crime by two soulless CRIMINALS.

It probably might be good to drill down on the whole die thing IMO. Especially with that name on it - an address rules out other sort of dies, eg 'leguminous'-based products or even ingots, perhaps. A company die then, or better still, for land deeds. What's being sold? Fastforward to JO scam, perhaps.
I suggest the available skill-set might well include the ability to create a die, IMO.

To my knowledge details of sales and purchases would be listed in nSW on RP Data (accessible only I think be RE agents - sales)
Rental ledgers history etc would only be at the real estate agency they rented from not shared from state to state. Even TRA - tenant reference Australia is not used in all states I know for a fact tasmania doesn’t use this. Also with changes to privacy laws I doubt any tenant ledgers etc could legally be shared. JMO

Edit: most real estate agents get a verbal reference from the previous rental agents and ask a series of questions… ledgers aren’t genenerally shared from one agent to the next agent.

I had a look at the Court Case website. The DdH one is v Coles Supermarket the other one which is the criminal case just says " R v MCdH "
I have no idea what R stands for. Its from the 9th of June 2016 and was at Byron Bay Local Magistrates.

Oh interesting! What kind of cases does the crown usually have? I know nothing about law (as in what are common reasons the crown would have a criminal case against a civilian )

In civil cases, anyone can take someone else to court in order to solve a dispute.
But MCdH must've been apprehended and charged by police for allegedly doing something illegal.

Magistrates courts don't necessarily handle the most serious crimes. The offence could be something as small as a driving offence, public disorder, or minor theft, fraud or tax evasion. Could be anything!
