Just checked Court Data Australia for all the aliases. I didn't pay so don't have access to all the details, but here's what came up:

RB x2 criminal (interesting!)
MCdH x1 criminal (interesting!)
DdH x1 civil (could relate to Coles unpaid staff wages, was a huge case at that time, but did she work?)

I paid to have a snoop, but it was worthless really.
So, RB's has the listing type as "Mention (SDRO)" as does MdH. After Googling "SDRO" (State Debt Recovery Office), it seems to be traffic infringements. He learned nothing from his early days, did he . [Apparently a mention simply means that your case is mentioned in Court, and that your charges are not yet formally listed for a plea of guilty or a plea of not guilty. ]
RB's second listing was a hearing, so he may, or may not have been fined or something.

DdH is V Coles; no elaboration

In civil cases, anyone can take someone else to court in order to solve a dispute.
But MCdH must've been apprehended and charged by police for allegedly doing something illegal.

I think

Actually, we all need to go to the Clare Valley, get stuck into some good red wines, o_O and sort all this skulduggery out for once and for all!!
Is that near Clarendon Hills ?

I
I know but the question was "Where is their daughter living now?"
I thought if they were staying on the GC they MAY be staying with their son, if their daughter isn’t living there anymore. Unfortunately, I don't know hers or the parents current whereabouts.

Yes she moved to Federal with her boy a while ago.

So does that mean their daughter moved to Federal and is currently living there? So are the parents living in Miami, Gold Coast or at Federal with the daughter and son? Is the daughter divorced? She married in Bali.

The daughter is high up in “trip-a-deal” a travel company based in Byron bay. I believe she moved back to Federal after her divorce.

Divorce from first or second husband? Married in Bali 2012 Family travelled to Bali for wedding on Garuda. Wonder how long she worked at Qantas.

I think second husband? If you Google her name an article comes up in search results page that her and her son moved up from Bondi to Federal in 2018.

@ruby925
Do you think this may have been a "questionable act" in light of the following "Change of Name Declaration" signed with the Registrar General 1976? -
"…lately called WW, do hereby absolutely renounce and abandon the use of my former name WW …all records, deeds, documents and other writings…..as well as in all dealings, transactions, matters and things whatsoever …use sign and subscribe ...FdeH in lieu of….WW…
"
RB seems to have been able to change names at will, no idea about the law on this, but interesting that he changed back to a name he had pre 1969 and whether he needed this name again for legal reasons in Belgium?

The article that mentions federal relating to casino beef week. It mentions them at federal back then but IMO this is no longer current. 2018

Twin win for Charolais at Casino Beef Week

For some reason I remember them saying where they lived currently… I think is was the Mrs testimony. Snd I thought it was GC of north of Byron

Because some of you were looking into his use of female names: française (his nationality)= the female version. “Elle (she) est française” “Il (he) est français”

This makes sense. I found it weird in Jo’s testimony the stop over in Bali seemed pointless. As did the Amsterdam leg of the trip… nothing touristy seemed to be done in Bali nor Amsterdam.. seems strange to me going and not actually seeing or doing much. So it makes perfect sense that stopovers are required to switch identities before arriving in Europe. I suspect maybe the tickets are done in legs to. Eg. Australia - Bali one airline then Bali - Amsterdam different airline. If not the same passport would have to be used.
