Coming up to 11am so I'm guessing the court might adjourn soon for a break.

"Your honour needs to see the photographs as well Mr BLoooooom" - (it isn't all about you)
LOL - love AC
He really didn’t want to look too closely at those pictures, did he?

Back to the lost drivers licence.

Hmmm he volunteered out of the blue without being asked, that he thought that Marion had stolen his Remakel drivers licence.

AC "Why would MB sift through your wallet to take that particular licence which you account you only ever used on two occasions?" EXCELLENT!!

It is all mounting up :)

Casselden is VERY good. He's making a point of reading back RB's previous testimony back to him, word for word. It's awkward.

It is now crystal clear that although RB has been allowed to ramble and backflip, every word IS being recorded and taken into account, and he won't be let off the hook so easily.

The pressure is mounting. Casselden is turning it up to 11. RB is getting exhausted and no longer knows how to reply.

Finger's crossed he'll crack.

Why do I feel like Casselden is sort of stalling until the mid-morning break?

I must say, I am loosing hope too. He just seems too good somehow
Wouldn’t say good per se, but he certainly is persistently prolific in his lies.

I think Casselden is going to back him into a corner. I really do.

“We had a garbage bin in front of it.” Wouldn’t that make it MORE likely not less that she would have seen it?

Blum refering to Dianne about not observing the tea chests:

"she doesnt ask questions" -
"she isnt like that" -
VERY telling about their relationship

"we had a garbage bin in front of them"

A garbage bin doesn't hide 4 tea chests Mr Bloooooooooom!!!

Confession: I don't know any Pilots personally, but I do know a few of those in uniform and I can almost guarantee that when they drive a van to collect moving boxes, they DO NOT wear their uniform - especially their hat! :D

I would pay good money to sit down with Adam C with a bottle of red wine (or two)!
