Yes he is really failing today thanks to Smiths non stop tactics! He just said that he wasn't there for his health, it was because it was a place that everyone was going to,

Yes I think the Coroners Court can refer it back to the DPP with recommendations, Eg. To investigate further and lay charges. It doesn’t always result in charges though.No. As this is an inquest and not a criminal trial, there is no verdict.
The purpose of this inquest is to determine if Marion is deceased and her movements surrounding her disappearance.
After today is over, the Coroner will take time to assess the evidence and will write her 'findings'. They will be published publicly, on the Coroners Court of NSW website. Not exactly sure how long that will take. As long as she needs I guess.
The Coroner has the ability to say if a certain person was involved in Marion's disappearance, but it holds no legal weight.
If a criminal case begins on this same matter, the verdict can be different to the findings of the Coroner.
I'm going to ask for a skication referral at my next check up.Hahaha everyone wants one of those.
Yes similar situation to the William Tyrrell caseYes I think the Coroners Court can refer it back to the DPP with recommendations, Eg. To investigate further and lay charges. It doesn’t always result in charges though.
I don’t believe he wants it corrected. He is if of a generation that is not proud to have been born out of wedlock. JMOThanks for the clarification. I have not participated in previous discussions on this topic (despite being an active member of this forum and this case on WS since 2019) but I do recall learning about the family history after the last sitting of the inquest. I do wish to note he said THE mother again yesterday, it’s something that you’d think he would make an active attempt to correct in circumstances where police and others have access to records on these topics. MOO.
i wasn’t talking about sympathy I’m simply stating what IMO is obvious the man is a controlling narcissist and considering she met him almost 50 years ago that would have to impact how she behavesI have no sympathy for his wife, sorry.
Well hopefully now she is starting to see the light...I don’t believe he wants it corrected. He is if of a generation that is not proud to have been born out of wedlock. JMO

Oh gosh your comment is too funnyAnd he spends nearly the entire time breathless and stuttering. Which is remarkable.
YesSo what’s the final inquest report going to say?
- the police failed in their duties to search for a missing person and in their record keeping
- RB is an unreliable witness with a history of deceiving women, fraud and theft
- MB likely had some kind of relationship with RB prior to her disappearance.
Can they draw any other conclusions or is that as far as it goes?
I hope so but.. many many women stay in abusive relationships… in particular the age she is. Hopefully though her children have already packed her suitcase after she found out in feb she is his 4th wife and he has other childrenWell hopefully now she is starting to see the light...
Also IMO evidence of shady dealings then...I still think OC connections at that point in time.Right now, Smith is bringing up a lot of RB's previous travel, particular in the 1990's. He keeps asking who did you visit, where did you go, what did you do? RB keeps saying he can't remember.
Excellent strategy. This can be used to against him... why can't he remember any of these details, but can remember the details of his trip in 1997?
Answer: because he made up the details of the 1997 trip.
Oh I did a little woah when he said maggio@1:18
23 Feb 1995
return 8 March – 4 weeks in Belgium - stayed with my Aunt Lucy and Aunt MAGGIO - a name connected to Robert Coppenolle
Pulling names from his a**** today but the name Maggio has significance as that was the name of Robert Coppenolles wife - Deceased 10 November 2012 - Templeuve, Hainaut
- and Blum still has a "cousin" living in Tournai, Hainaut, Belgium
*if my theory is correct and I think it is.*
I have a dutch friend Marjo...it sounded a bit like that. What name did he say after Aunt Lucy?
I visited Aunt Lucy and Aunt M ?
me too - I had to go back and listen to be sure.Oh I did a little woah when he said maggio
A shame also that they don't have anyone French listening out (or maybe they do after wards)...what about the "fatal" car crash? fatal said with strong accent.Smith needs to try and slow down his speech.
And he’s running out of time. Particularly since since uh uh Wi. Willie uh uh speaks speaks like uh th-this.Smith doesn't need to slow down his speech.
Every word he's spoken has been clear and easy to understand.
