wowza! Or is this their ploy to get more time to prep RB? Drag out the day with the wife so there be no time for him to take the stand today?

Something “interesting” certainly happened, because the judge really seemed pissed about it.

She doesn’t remember much of anything, but she definitely did NOT drive him to the airport when he traveled with Marion to the UK?

What do you reckon he is implying about something that happened in Ballina???

  • #1,049
I want to know what happened in ballina.
He keeps jumping back to that.

His family overseas help him out a lot......

or a Stepford wife? a married woman who submits to her husband's will and is preoccupied by domestic concerns and her own personal appearance.

However, I think if she knew about the fraud and still married him, she could have been into it all from the beginning. IMO she is only with RB for the money he can bring in whether legally or not and she is playing the role of the Stepford wife to try to get away with it.

I am starting to believe this line also.
In the beginning watching her I was convinced she was one of his victims, he got her to a point of ignoring his affairs, name changes, lies etc so long as she was being taken care of financially.

But today I see a different side to her - she has backtracked on many of her responses from yesterday and even this morning she tripped up with small details which were very important in the sequences.
She does know much more of what he did, and I believe did know about Marion.

The stage seems so much bigger than the one that was set up at the start of Marions investigation.
Marion is just one of many in his cast, but without Sally and her team never letting it go, we now see that they picked the scab off this festering decades long debacle and it is a true testament to Sally's long battle for real answers into her mothers disappearance. I really hope Sally's aunties are grateful for all she has done in the end.

Is there a suggestion that this car was used for a nefarious reason, and then disposed of?

The lawyers representing the witnesses etc. usually aren't at the top of their game. It doesn't pay very well (funded by the coroner's court).

Was Marion's DNA found in the boot of the Mitsubishi Magda?

How many pensioners have boxes of jewelry that are expensive/good enough to be held in a safe envelope?

edit: and use the little money they have to secure one.

Wonder if it’s “who originally owned the Mitsubishi Magda and was swindled out of it?”

definitely want to hear more about the Mitsubishi, seems odd you would buy and sell within 3 months. What were the dates on the buy and sell? Where they when Marion went missing?

Highly unlikely, right? the car was sold by them over two decades ago.

Not necessarily, people don’t clean cars that well and if something get into a nook or cranny it could be there for a long time.

mmmm I don't buy it, unfortunately. My own opinion but they would have arrested one/both of them had that been the case.
