The Neighbours comments on DHD was really interesting since it is difficult to put DHD's evidence into context without knowing what she is normally like.

The Neighbour described her as - dominant and assertive - that's the opposite of what I saw on the stand

But then the school friend described her as - Normal, kind, caring, gentle,

and who asks their Neighbour if they know anyone who could make a mint press to make fake coins ??? totally brazen.

The school friend was a kid at the time so she saw a kind lady.

The neighbours socialised as adults in adult context so I would assume the neighbour has a better insight.

We didn’t see assertive during the inquest.. or did we? Was the confused fool ‘yep’ nup’ dunno’ answers just an assertive woman playing a role of ditzy and a tad daft?

Long time follower here but I’m still confused so please forgive me if this has been 100% resolved… Do we know with 100% certainty that it was Marion herself who changed her own name? Do we know if Marion knew about her own name change? I just wouldn’t put anything past RB- and, if I’m recalling correctly, he was known to fill out paperwork on behalf of others… Could ‘someone’ have forged Marion’s signature? And hand writing?

I am more convinced than ever now that DdeH plays a HUGE part in all this.
She may be under some control with him but she has had ample opportunity, surrounded by her own family and her children, to stand up now and tell them what she knows, unless of course she has more to lose then her dignity.

There is a lot that doesnt add up. I think we know only the tip of the iceberg.

I'm now wondering after reading all the recent information and the podcast, if there is some sort of organised crime with organ transplants ~ eg healthy livers.

He finds vulnerable women with no ties and lots of money, collecting documents for future real estate scam, brings the women to Bali, they are disposed of, organs used, back home to find more victims.

He obviously knows Bali VERY well.

Still of the belief he isnt on this rodeo alone. He has to have an accomplice somewhere.

I saw someone a few cards short of a full deck or someone trying to look like an abused wife with her quivering voice, no confidence, speaking cautiously etc... I don't know maybe she is as cunning as him and thinks the abused wife approach is the best way to avoid any blame ... of course I feel somewhat awful saying that but given all we have is the Neighbours impression of her been the opposite, unless someone else speaks up that's all I have

We do know from the inquest that MB's dentist (at TUH St Paul's Terrace Centre) witnessed the application for the new passport in the name of FNMR on 20 May 1997, so we can assume from this that she did change her name herself. The Dentist said he had no independent memory but was sure he would have seen evidence of name change prior to signing.

I've often wondered about a connection in the bank. No facts to back me up, just a gut instinct.

I am not sure on the "he killed Marion to keep her from going to authorities or police" so far he has shown very little care if the police know or his family, he uses the name DH to fraud women in Australia and oversea's while telling them he lives in Aus, the name DH is easily traced in Australia, he tried to scam a "friends" wife JO, who could easily identify him, asks a Neighbour if they know anyone who can make a press to make fake coins, he has a Neighbour sign a passport photo is another name, no shame is doctoring coins in front of people, tells people he is claiming a disability allowance when clearly he doesn't look like he needs one and travels the world.

He is hiding in plain sight and is so confident in his ability to weasel out of anything, and clearly has, he doesn't seem to need to get rid of any witnesses

If he did kill her I don't think it was because she threatened the police or going to his family, I think she would have been in a long line of people who has probably door stopped him and his family, pretty sure they are used to it ... that's why they need to fess up

Listening to the podcast catch ups, in the first one around 18 minutes in Sally mentions the kitchen scales, Marion wrote on a postcard "that she was terribly concerned about some stuff she had in her storage" wanted returned to TSS and Brian mentions the Russian Dolls, and SL says little teddy bears. Then around 20:50 minutes in the last phone call from the pay phone supposedly in Tunbridge Wells, Marion asks if Sally managed get the things back to TSS, which Sally said she had.

My question is where were these items in storage? Were they not stored in the storage container that no one knew the where-abouts of? Sally says around 11:45 that Marion had given her and Chris a little bit of her furniture but put the rest of things into storage. Have I missed something about where these particular items returned to TSS were stored?

They a were at Sallys Husband Grandparents house - she stored alot of things there. Now that we know what we know, anything RB deemed of no value obviously went to Sally's in-laws and anything valuable in the container, clearly, he didn't want to have to sort through things to get his hands on the valuable pieces

At the very least Mrs DDH is privy to mail with different names addressed to her husband ( as items were delivered to next door unit in QLD in error so they were directed to an address and not a PO Box)
New passport applications under false names shared with neighbours ( pretty sure she denied knowing her husbands other alias’ at Marion’s inquest)
And lots of cash in her husbands wallet despite both being on the pension.
Not sure how she explains all of that??

She would definitely have known because she travelled on that passport and would have had to produce it at immigration etc. at inquest it was revealed that while RB travelled to Europe around the same time, they took different flights ( I presume to make it more difficult to link them and to conceal that his passport was not under Remakel but Richard Lloyd Westbury).
