Mr. Casselden: "Did your wife know that you received 50,000 Euros by means of an inheritance"? AKA: "I can't remember"
Mr. Casselden: "Your wife previously testified that she did not know of any money that you inherited"

AKA still can't remember and then has a bit of a meltdown and needs a break!!!!!!!
Honestly, if you received an inheritance of that amount of course you would remember, given that they were pensioners any windfall such as that would be remembered!!!!!

My gosh that stutter is infuriating. I loved AC pointing out the contradicting statements being made!

Side note I put on an episode of Aunty Donna’s Coffee Cafe during the break and part of the skit is they are in court and they call ‘recess’ so the court goes to play in the playground like kids at school, the mental image I got of this happening as I’m watching this inquest :D

i wonder if it’s the guy WS people found on FB a while ago
It could be that Willy Coppenolle that was found - link above - but I personally think it was another person connected to the family who deals in Antiques

I wouldn't be surprised if something happens during the break and we don't get to see RB being questioned again.
I think I could see his lawyer cringing at times when RB talked.

It may have only been my imagination. :)

I thought he was... a bit of a meltdown as he has been backed into a corner regarding the inheritance that he can't remember if he told his wife about or not. FFS as if it is something that you would forget. As Mr. Casselden pointed out, his wife gave evidence that she did not know of any inheritance that AKA received. CAUGHT OUT YET AGAIN AKA.... so many lies and crying won't help you.

@Mrs_Vee

I think your quoting my post made it seem that I said "So that means they probably won’t be back until hmmm… 3:00pm? Any bets?? Lol"

I actually hadn't thought of that :)

Been reading and watching. Very confused of the respite being used. I do know as a carer you can have respite for 60 something days I think it is in a calendar year.

I noticed last time and this time when he looks down or away it seems he is trying to think of a way to get himself out of this.

Last inquest I don't remember him having a lawyer. Did he have one?

He absolutely had a lawyer during the first part. At least for like the first day.

Edit: And I sort of remember there being a second lawyer for a red hot minute as well.
