Do you have an accurate timeline you’re able to post? I’d be very keen to read through it.
Its not the timeline eg Years of occurrence, but the actual information on many of them.

IF they are wanting information from the public, and lets face it there are still hundreds of thousands of people who have never heard of the case, then the journalists need to make sure all the information that is put out publicly on these missing persons cases NEED to be accurate.

Whilst I understand some of this timeline was done by a member of the public, a sleuth from team MB I think, which is fantastic, but its not up to them to make sure all the latest information is added and or corrected if need be, it's up to the journalists proof reading it all, doing fact checking by either official documents, checking in with SL herself, or other persons closely attached to the case with the facts , BEFORE it gets released to the public.

There has already been so much misinformation on the case over the years, and now with all that has been discussed both in the podcast and inquest, there's no excuse for poor journalism.

The spelling of places, people and addresses for a start, the first two years in the timeline itself is incorrect and confusing for first time readers of the case, then it goes downhill fast most of the way through..

Did anyone proof read this before it went to print?
Fact checking is a journos job right?

Getting correct facts to the public is crucial to a missing persons case if they want anyone to come forward with information that might trigger a memory of that time.

Sleuths here could just about pick out faults in every year of this timeline.

Its appalling.

Why I very politely asked you to share your accurate timeline.

I wonder if there is a significance to his lightning speed appearances at funerals.. and his habit of encouraging travel companions to leave luggage in train stations and airports (with many of their belongings still in there) and usually not recovered.
With the left luggage scenario (and RB holding the key/ticket) giving him access to all their paperwork and belongings, it also would create a delay for the women if they then tried to retrieve their luggage, giving him more time to skidaddle. You would first have to get the to agree to open the locker opened by staff, then prove it was your things etc. JMO

In the UK if you change your name by Deed Poll you have to inform all of the relevant Government Agencies. So when AKA was changing his name each time would he have to inform Centrelink?

If he did, would they not become suspicious after multiple changes of name? Would their records flag up all the previous changes?

According to the timeline Centrelink did investigate him and Ballina Coin Investments in 2000. It’s a shame the findings of that investigation weren’t made public at the Inquest. Perhaps it was to protect their embarrassment?!

Saying that I understand Centrelink only came into being in 1997 so what were the previous Agency’s up to allowing him and his Mrs to continue with this charade?

Centrelink was essentially just a name change for what was formerly known as ‘Social Security’ in Australia.

All Social Security records were amalgamated to Centrelink. I dare say AKA never told them about all his name changes. It’s something you were able to get away with for many years in Australia.

What poison causes heart damage?

Irregular heart rhythm and eventually heart-attack is what makes digoxin poisoning so dangerous. When digoxin enters the body, it binds a transport protein called the sodium-potassium pump situated on heart cells.

Can digoxin overdose cause death?

Digoxin Toxicity Can Be Fatal. outcomes, including death. In-hospital and 30-day mortality rates from digoxin toxicity remain high, despite declining use of digoxin overall.
Did anyone watch Ginny & Georgia on Netflix?

One last post on his trips abroad but he often stated on his outgoing passenger cards that he would be in Europe a lot longer than he actually was. For example for his trip from 12/5/93 to 9/6/93 he said he would be away 4 months and 6/10/92 to 3/11/92 he said 5 months. Why was he doing this?
And how did he get away with it on Centrelink payments!?

The same way he got away with everything else: shameless “lies, lies, lies” combined with very primitive data management systems and processes that couldn’t even cater adequately for names changes, interstate moves, international moves etc. Note his careful use of the term “inheritance” From a Centrelink point of view, inheritance is not considered to be income, therefore no impact on his pension.

Nicholas Tselepi - on FB

the father of Peter Nicholas Tselepi

I might also add the son of Nicholas is a customer runner/ props buyer / for movies shot on location in Australia.

Maybe nothing to do with the passport shown. Maybe all to do with it.
No idea.

But AH would align with someone who helps him change his appearances - I mean that one of him with his "lipgloss" on had many people fooled he could pass as a woman I read on the FB page -

NAH
He is just a criminal with help from his mates

Yes that's right! I had forgotten you found this pearler!

He would definitely fit with the age and the area that is for sure.

Flanders / Knokke-Heist is his stomping ground, right on the border of the Netherlands where he flies in and out of.

Willy Wouters
Jan 1959 – manager of a 118t trawling boat from Flanders runs aground near Portsmounth UK - age 20
So he can sail… or at least knows his way around boats…. Hmmmmm

For those overseas waiting to view the Spotlight doco.

"Update on Spotlight and how to watch, particularly for our overseas audience.
I’ve asked the producer of Spotlight and he told me that those of you overseas will only be able to watch via the 7+ app if you use a VPN.
As for the YouTube version, it will be available a few days after the second episode as they want it as one piece.
So fingers crossed you can all view it this time next week. Thanks again for your patience here" . MB FB Page

Blum did talk to his daughter Evelyn about a female he conned, I wonder what victim he was referring to.

Mmm. horse race type of bloke finding target victims who were wealthy and vulnerable. Or would he have answered an ad for handyman in a wealthy area?
Any other clues?
Mmm ?
wine bottle
Stolen jewellery.

I had similar thoughts - Although I think I read/heard Evelyn say she met with AKA about 2 decades ago. I could be mistaken.

But you’re spot on that her racing connections, wealth, health, age, a widow etc would certainly appeal to him as a prime target. He also permanently resided far enough away to avoid detection.
