How many people wash their blender in the dishwasher.
I never did, but back then I bought the fancy top of the range ones which I very carefully washed by hand.

But you would have thought she would wash it somehow. She must have thought this was one more thing she'd just get away with.

And all those searches. I've never heard of anything so dumb.

I am happily blender free these days. In some ways I have simplified my life. I used to have soo many gadgets.

I’d say she got too busy doing other things and thought there might be other evidence to be destroyed.
I use the dishwasher for the blender bowl.
I heard a man say his wife puts the family’s running shoes in the dishwasher. Arghhh Nope I can’t be doing that!

I hope you’re feeling better Toots! We can’t afford have a great sleuth like you missing in action. Not now, not ever!

Thanks They'll, your kind words are very much appreciated :)

This thing really got me. Seems like forever but it's only been a week. Today is the best I've felt :) Yay!

I was telling a friend last night that I must be better, I'm wanting to get stuck into the housework LOL.

The washing machine for sneakers, yes I've done that, and ruined my sneakers a couple of times. I don't think I'd like anything that's been on my feet and walking around on all sorts of surfaces, in amongst things I put in my mouth.

To be on topic, I think the greed for money and material possessions, obliterated any skerrick of common sense she may have had.
By common sense, she didn't really think anything through. She was an inept murderer. Not that I've murdered anyone, but most people would not leave as many clues as she did.

Jury service in the Federal Court: FAQs

Who can I talk to about jury service?

You are allowed to tell your friends, family and workmates that you have been selected on a jury. However, you must not discuss details of the case with anyone except your fellow jurors and must not identify other members of the jury to any person. The jury deliberations must remain secret. "This applies even when the trial is over"

That’s Federal Court guide, the NSW Supreme Court guide for jurors (where this was run) doesn’t mention that:

Jury Service NSW - Welcome to jury service

Even though it notes it as a criminal (fineable) offence on another page of the website, as per drsleuth’s link above.

The jury was directed every day not to discuss the case with anyone outside the jury room when all were present, I’m wondering if the jury was directed not to talk about the case after it was over? JuryNumber13?

New Idea Story 5th July 2021

The Farmer Killer

She will appear in Court on October 1st for sentencing.

After October sentencing we will hear more about her past antics.

I firmly believe she has a dark history.

I remember the urgency in the caller’s voice to the Sydney radio station that nothing was being done by the local police about the death of Mathew.
The locals knew it was her and the locals were horrified nothing was being done by the police and she was getting away with his murder.

Its new news to me. Don't think I'd heard it before.

But maybe it's just that someone found an episode of Frazier that seemed like what happened and assumed she must have got the idea from there.

Do you think this is old news rehashed?

Accused killer allegedly offered friend $20,000 to make false statement in plan inspired by TV show Frasier
Natasha Beth Darcy, 46, is accused of propositioning her friend in a letter she wrote from jail while awaiting trial for Mr Dunbar’s murder.
The alleged plot to pay the high school friend to make the false statement was inspired by the tv show Frasier.
In the letter she penned from jail, Ms Darcy explains her plan was inspired by the TV show Frasier, where one of the characters struggles with the moral dilemma of whether to lie for a friend in a court case.
