I wonder if she used drugs i.e stimulants. Over the years I've been shocked to learn of the drug use of several people from all walks of life.
These people were on stimulants, illegal street drugs or ADHD medication they'd purchased illegally. One was a 55+ year old woman that worked at a retirement home as a nurse, the energy she had!
All these people, when "high", were absolute power houses, top of their game, charming, just so full of vitality that it warmed you to them.
Of course there is another side entirely to their lives but my point is that I do wonder if MC was pepped up each time she met with clients. The brain is almost Super-powered on stimulants, I won't get into their creation for use in WW1 to enhance soldiers capabilities as it's not the time or place but yes, much scientific literature exists on the subject and when I read, "she was constantly licking her lips" I think of a typical drug user with the dry mouth that typically comes with the dehydration a drug user experiences.
Why would this matter?
Because you need a supplier to use drugs, unless you manufacture them yourself, but even then you need to work with others along the line.
So drug dealers = underworld, especially at that level of society.
Once again, I may be way off but I don't see this case solved so...you know.

The Grimleys, obviously, would want to know the actual value the Liquidator has set on the Edgecliff apt, I presume so that they can have a number to work with, set off against the $1 mill they expect to get back from the estate of Melissa, as per their statements.
There are various values reached, in this matter.. The Liquidators number is one that the apartment cannot be sold less than. This prevents a silent sale, with only one bidder.
Then there is the Grimleys idea of what it should cost, which puts them in a difficult position. They would want it valued very highly, in case it is sold from underneath them, but a chance of getting their $1mill back. On the other hand, they would want it valued very low, to be able to borrow the remainder of the $1 mill they might get back, and only have to scrabble for a couple of mill instead of 3 or 4...
There is the real estate agents value.. this could be anything, no holds barred. He/she would know their market, and their buyers and price it accordingly, nothing to do with the actual value.
Then, there is the buyers price.. This is the one that will count the most, eventually. What is someone willing to pay ?.....
I would very much like to know if Melissa's former father-in-law is attending this procedure.. I can't find him on any of the documents, so far presented, but he had the unpleasant experience of Melissa forging his name on some financial papers ( he is an Accountant, I don't know if he is a CPA, but that is probable ) , which must have set the relationship between him , Anthony and Melissa on a very rocky path, way back in time.
This is probably where Antony's father became convinced of his son's lack of insight and incapacity to distinguish approaching trouble, perhaps.. He did say his son would never in a lifetime understand the paperwork... maybe that's true.... maybe not..

Going on all the previous documents that MC provided ...who can be sure that the one she provided her parents is legitimate!
Tenant for Life ends with bankruptcy ....so if the MC is declared bankrupt the G’s have no claim on the Edgecliffe property!
The Contradictor stated that MC did in fact contribute funds....in 2014 she contributed $370k from the sale of the property she owned with her ex-husband, the child support she got for her son and the $10k her brother gave as rent.....so the question is how did she manage to get 2 mortgages if these were the only legitimate funds she had?

When wondering whether there are other players, we can definitely say 'yes' because of a few factors at least:
1. Someone is holding on to a huge stash of missing money;
2. Someone is holding on to the missing artwork from the Dover Heights home;
3. Some people that 'invested' with her have still not come forward to be named in the proceedings.
Find either and we will get some answers.

IMO she wasn’t working alone ... and as Mr Assaf stated in Court the documentation MC provided her clients pre Maliver were inferior but were extremely credible looking once they were produced through Maliver....the question is why and how?

Does anyone have any thoughts on why the wills are suppressed? It wouldn't be difficult to allow reporting of the terms without revealing the names and addresses that are confidential. There must be something else.
Why would MC’s parents make investment payment to MC as well as Maliver?
The parents should be treated as Investors like all the other Investors...why should they be treated differently. Why do they have different right to those of the other Investors?

As I said previously, time is money and money is time.
The parents playing the old and grieving card when their daughter stole from them and placed them into this position. They are fighting for $1.1m ....what about the other Investors who lost more then $20m .... and some are also in the same age bracket as the parents....and many of the investors have lost their future lifestyle which was stolen by MC.
All in all, a very messy and protracted case, with all sorts of "people" vying for a slice of the funds.
