I constantly hope that the son is living a life removed from all this crapola, and that the child support needs not to be paid because he is being cared for by a hopefully-healthy paternal family.
Of course I don’t know but I got the sense from the reporting there was distance in the father son relationship which I hope is changing through all of this

Also odd that they keep saying, in court, that MC disappeared a couple of hours after the raid, I don't think they are buying the 0500hrs story.... IMO, and I hope more comes to light on this matter...
I see SLouTh…
So not a ‘everything as usual’ night or whatever AK said to that effect…

The extent of deception is quite unbelievable
So too in this case!!! MC's behavior is / was disgusting...... when you read thru the Investor's Affidavits online....

shocking failure by multiple regulators. Much more to come with this story
How many regulators would be involved in a case like this???? Must involve a few .....

I know a great deal about this. This is a drop in the ocean of the shocking conduct that will be outed. Thousands of people affected. Her parents were both lawyers struck off for fraud. Her father was jailed. Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. The extent of deception is quite unbelievable
The audacity of this women is truly amazing, she claims she is not doing anything wrong legally. Has she been charged with anything and what can you add? The apple certainly doesnt fall far from the tree!!!

I agree, but is the Judge separating Malivers "assets" from MC's, and how is her parents home being treated, as the old Tenacy for life is blown own, if MC is declared bankrupt.

Judge hasn't decided yet, as to how to proceed ..... It will be interesting to see if the estates are split or not?? A decision with potentially huge ramifications in how it all plays out ... IMO

Edit to add ..... it appears that MC's "personal estate" is not bankrupt.. far from it... that is why the Contradictor and G's Barrister want the estates separated .... versus ASIC, that wants them treated as one, and the lot liquidated ASAP

Wouldn’t it depend somewhat on if it can be proven her personal estate has been gotten from investor funds?

Also does anyone remember when she purchased the life insurance?

You would think so .... re the investor funds ...... and MC's personal estate ....

The life insurance purchase was mentioned in one of the Affidavits uploaded yesterday ... will try and find it ....

Edit to add ...
2009 ...
In May 2009, Ms Caddick approached me to arrange personal insurance for her and husband at the time REDACTED included life, total permanent disability and trauma cover. I recall that Ms Caddick was seeking to replace her previous personal insurance with ING.

Two were named in the ACA Story. You will find another 6 or so in articles by Richard Baker of the Age and by David Donovan of Independent Australia and another in questions in Senate Estimates. Some SLouTh work required!

I do wish some one would write an in-depth article, like those mentioned above, about the MC Case and the Regulators involved ... and do a bit of digging with true investigational journalism on this case... especially the Police investigation ..

And which way do you think it will go, split or lumped together?

I looked into the company and it is very "dodgy".
