The Police haven't briefed the Coroner as yet....
Police were supposed to brief the Coroner on 17th June but they weren't ready ....... could be weeks or months....
.
The deadline for the Coroners is now 16 September.

Kumanjayi Walker.

Zachary Rolfe is charged with Kumanjayi Walker's murder. Pre-trial begins today (msn.com)

Off Caddick topic, but I don't know how to start a thread.. if anyone can, this trial is a landmark event, beginning to day in the NT. (Darwin) .. It isn't being teleported into Yuemendu,( where the killing took place, the elders say no ) but it is going to be broadcast into a court in Alice Springs..

If Sleuther is in Alice Springs..... with time on one's hands..... .

(I say landmark, because it is , despite deaths , the first time a policeman has been charged with this sort of crime against this sector of the community in that location .. Australia's great shame. And also, there is something dodgy about Zachary... he came into the police force with baggage, I can't quite recall the details.. He is related to high powered people , is one part of his story, too.. ) ..

I think of Bullion and a big safe and where MC thought help was there was murder instead.
They were never her friends and she had become as useless to them as a racehorse with a broken leg on Cup day (I love animals btw and have boycotted MCD for at least a decade)
IMO....this is interesting.....at ABC Bullion there have been 2 talks by the Accountant that did MC’s clients SMSF Accounts....the talk in 2015 titled “How to invest in gold using your Superannuation” and at the 2019 National Conference - titled “A Global Case for Bullion”

As I struggle to (just barely) understand the financial, legal, and real estate details of this case, I thank my lucky stars that it is not my job to actually do it!

Agree, but being paid a substantial rate by the hour might very well add some appeal (not that I have any skill in this area whatsoever!)

Bart Simpson just popped into my head when I read your reply Andie, “I could’ve been President- but I’m too real.”:D

What is that called again, oh yes, The Streisand Effect. An otherwise under-the-radar act is brought to greater attention when the perpetrator attempts to censor public opinion on their actions.
After the disappearance of so much public opinion here, I just swivelled around and stared at some individuals. Can’t help it, that’s the way things go. YMMV that’s the direction in which my mileage travels.

When reviewing legal documents that have been carefully constructed.... it is often what is missing that tells the true story.

Does anyone else feel like this entire legal situation is akin to flogging a dead horse?

Maybe you would change your mind if you were paid to push water up a hill. I know several leading Barristers that have revived a dead old horse, not that I condone animal or human cruelity.

I find it interesting that going back through the years at both addresses on google street view there are white unmarked commercial vehicles clearly related to her properties... at Dover heights on one year the guy is entering her house. Another year same equipment and different van... At old address she is leaving the house and going toward the vehicle....
money drops? USB exchanges? Or just lots of maintenance in expensive homes???
Either way they need to be investigated...
You're really smart Mr Murphy. A penny just dropped however far away...

Article in the Daily Telegraph - Hubby's house of cards (9 Aug 21)
How does someone with only $1.95 in the bank in December stay in the Dover Heights house with bills? Oh yes.... the investors will have to pay the mortgage, the Council rates.... but what about the utilities? And he is driving around in another car....guess $1.95 goes a long way in his world!!

Here is a similar DM article, for those who dont subscribe to the Telegraph.

Husband of missing conwoman Melissa Caddick is still living in $7m Sydney mansion not paying a cent | Daily Mail Online

"Mr Koletti was spotted in Rose Bay on Thursday, having downgraded to a cheaper Audi car model as his $300,000 Audi R8 was seized by receivers, along with his wife's Mercedes."
