Well, obviously someone helped him write that - all those big words! So, seeing he can't afford to pay anyone, he must have at least one person on his side.

It is so nutso that the NSW Police, even the Au Fed Police should be taking a very close look at Anthony, and go way back. There is something that is not ticking right there.

For starters , he is an obsessive, and the normal brakes that society puts upon people in the matter of deviant behavior ( AVO's, PSO's, etc ) either stop them cold, or , like Anthony, tend to aggravate and escalate them.

And it looks like Koletti has no access to his own personal brake mechanism. He is in for the long haul.

It is understood her parents, Barb and Ted Grimley, who were also not aware of Ms Caddick’s frauds, are challenging the sale of the apartment that their daughter guaranteed they could live in for life. However, like other victims, instead of using the $1.1 million they gave their daughter to reduce the mortgage, Ms Caddick used the money to maintain her life of luxury.

The prospective sale of both properties will be discussed in a case management hearing in the Federal Court on Thursday.

Missing fraudster Melissa Caddick’s luxury cars sold at auction

(Also of course, details of the auction)

I guess they have had the case management hearing already today. AK has added to his list. (Presumably, his audio stuff is his work?)

As well, Melissa's parents continue with their legal objection to the sale of the apartment.
And AG is going to lodge a claim on the apartment.

Anthony Koletti ... has told a Sydney court that he objects to the sale of the family home ...

Mr Koletti also objected to the liquidators of his wife’s assets having access to the Dover Heights property. Appearing in the Federal Court via an audio-visual link on Thursday, Mr Koletti said that he saw “no purpose” in the court-appointed receivers having access to the home.

“I need all the money that I can get,” Mr Koletti, 39, told the court, adding that he couldn’t afford to take any days off work to let them into his home as “I am trying to support a young child”.

... also objected to Monday night’s sale of his Audi R8 sports car which fetched $295,000 ....

Ms Caddick’s brother Adam Grimley also told the court on Thursday he intends to lodge a claim over the Edgecliff property.
He provided his sister with hundreds of thousands of dollars to help with the mortgage. The receivers maintain she spent that money on herself as well.

..... what the...???? what young child?...

Melissa's son would be coming up to 17 now , with a fully operating employed lawyer father.. ?? could it be true that Anthony is actually IN CHARGE of the son?... what about the grandparents? they moved into the place in Edgecliff precisely to be nearer to the son's school ( Cranbrook) to look after him for Melissa when she was 'doin business'. .. and 'travelling'...

I noted that Anthony was self represented.. . always a very bad idea, and one that a lot of people with a lot at stake do not see as a wise investment, and think. oh.. waste of money , I can do this better than any trained monkey can... this kind of rationale..

I guess he is speaking of the young man who is old enough to go and get an after-school & weekend job at Woolies or Coles, like so many other teenagers do.

Conwoman’s husband’s fresh legal fight

For the second time in two days, Anthony Koletti appeared in court on Thursday as the fight to pay back the victims of Ms Caddick’s Ponzi scheme continues.

snip

The Federal Court was on Thursday told that the liquidators were also seeking to claim shares and money that had been found in bank accounts.

snip

“I disagree to the access because they’ve been in numerous times – probably five, six, seven, eight times,” Mr Koletti, who represented himself, told the court via audiovisual link.

“I just don’t see the point at this point in time and I don’t have the time. I need to make all the money that I can.”

Maybe you could offer him a room Troops :D:p

Melissa Caddick’s husband Anthony Koletti to contest restraining order, court hears

“An investigator at your company and her team of white collar crooks caused the death of my wife. Put an end to ‘Pre emptive Slaughter’,” read one post. Another read: “ASIC negligence causes the death of a woman. ASIC then hinder both a police investigation and a coronial enquiry by removing proof of her disappearance.”

if i was close to Anthony i would tell him his anger is misguided and that ASIC didn't kill your wife, she killed herself because of the mistakes and blatant fraud she partaked in

and if he wants to blame anyone he should blame her not everyone else around him

AK and AG seem to be using delay tactics once again. IMO they should be evicted ASAP.

Do you really think AK has got himself a job now to support the "young child"?

I would think that his job is his music. And he is too busy to walk away from the computer/mixing board/whatever to answer the door for the liquidators. Maybe he is still breeding prawns.

With free accommodation, child support, JobSeeker, he probably has enough to cover utilities and food.

imo

Is AK saying that he has to "work from home" and therefore should not be disturbed?

This guy is delusional

MOO

I have always seen him as a hairdresser and assumed he would not make much money from his activities at home as they seem more like hobbies to me.

I agree that AK is certainly delusional and needs psychological help ASAP.

The “young child” is a young man 16 years old who has a biological father who should now be responsible for the young child!

And AK’s comment “I need all the money I can get”....why as he is living expenses free in the Dover Heights property.

The judge has heard AK and the G’s sob stories but IMO hasn’t heard any of the investors stories! Some investors knew MC for years....before AK was born....that’s how long.... the question to be asked is the judge taking into account the impact of these delaying tactics are having on the investors wellbeing!

IMO the Receivers asked for access to the property to record the assets in the property but that would have been done at the beginning of 2021 when the Receivers were appointed.....I question WHY does AK not want to give access now? Does AK not realise that property is under the control of the Receivers and that he is a tenant...albeit living in the property but not paying anything ....aka a leech!

I don't understand why AK hasn't been given a notice to vacate by now. If so, is he refusing to vacate?

If you do not vacate by the specified day, the agent can get a warrant for possession from the Tribunal. With this warrant, a sheriff’s officer can remove you from the premises – with police help if needed.

Yes, and change the locks!

Do we have any legal eagles here that would estimate how long Ms C would have gone to prison for? Just watched Inventing Anna and saw what a short sentence she received. I know it’s different but still fraudulent activities on purpose.

Not even a legal sparrow, but way back a post about the scanty sentences people had dished out to them for embezzlement of sums that put Melissa in the shade.. one was a woman who did 40 million, she served a six year sentence, and is now out and , I believe , working for a finance advisory service..

The maximum one can be sentenced to is 10 years.. ( Fraud, very few people serve their maximum , there are discounts all about the place )

Lots of high profile men have been convicted of crimes more severe than Melissa's and going on for longer, .. women, too. Pauline Hanson was convicted of fraud, embezzlement of funds.. six weeks, I think.

I get what I think is your point, . that in the overall scheme of things, it was not something to kill oneself about, and there are plenty of ex-cons strutting the streets of Sydney who would give a firm nod to that. Bigger criminals than Melissa, by a factor of 10..

So perhaps it was something else...?
