Kolletti is what I would describe as high maintenance. I have read all of the correspondence on that website and, IMO, Michael Hayter has never been anything other that completely professional in his correspondence with Koletti as he goes about his lawful duty in relation to the liquidation of Maliver assets.

I suspect that Koletti knows that he doesn't have a case, regardless of his financial circumstances.

Further to this bit about Kolletti wanting to sue lawyer Michael Hayter, I was reminded tonight of a case of a local club member who, having lost a civil suit for damages due physical injury occasioned in a NSW sporting complex that he claimed was due to negligence of the owner of the facility, then proceeded to sue his NSW barrister for alleged incompetence.

His first problem was finding a lawyer willing to take his case, and he had to look to Victoria for that.

His second problem was that he lost that case, too, and said barrister bankrupted him for fees owed.

In Oz, at age 18 a person is considered an adult. Before that all sorts of limitations apply as to what they can and cannot do legally.

As I understand it, Melissa Caddick was granted custody of her son following her divorce from Tony Caddick. How that custody order stands legally now that she's missing presumed dead is a good question. One would hope that the son at nearly 17 would be legally able to choose his preferred guardian going forward.

Apart from losing his mother, the publicity surrounding this bizarre case must be awfully hard for him to deal with.

Given that nobody knows what actually happened to her, we can expect speculative dramatic licence to go into overdrive.

Also, given that AK would have had to give permission (via a signed consent and release) to use his character, my guess is that his pet theories will be at the fore.

the first half seemed more like a comedy, with her portrayed as quirky and likeable, and that hilarious shot of "ak" spread naked on the bed!
i wonder if she did hide bags of money in properties, and if shes still alive would it be possible to covertly funnel cash to her family? i hope she is still alive

im guessing jbowies above comment is right, ak probably had to give consent and approval of his character portrayal, which shows him quite favourably, apart from a bit of dimness
