Australia Australia (SA) Trisha Graf, 41, Missing from Andamooka since 12 Dec 2025

Is it possible that Trisha wasn’t driving the car to Blue Dam, maybe someone was hoping to “disappear” the car into the dam but accidentally got it stuck on that ridge.

I wish we knew how the partner knew to look for the car at Blue Dam.
Maybe he had her location from a phone app or the ‘friend’ ?

I would be surprised if she hadn't had anything to drink (or something else).

But you don't need to be drunk or high to be likely to hit a kangaroo.
I think every Aussie here would have done it at least once (or many times) without the influence of any substance 😅
By show of hands ✋

Last time it happened to me was on my way home from work, meh
Yes exactly. The second stop off is intriguing me. Was around 2am ? Did they stop off to score drugs? The distinct change in appearance and weight gain is also quite evident IMO
The location of vehicle near water and mines definitely not good. As is no contact with anyone over the festive season. Must be a recovery surely at this late stage

Weight gain is not usully a sign that someone is using drugs, it's actually quite the opposite.

And has the dam been checked by police divers?

NewsWire

"An initial ground and aerial search by police and SES crews was followed by a renewed effort by members of the community, before a search of the Blue Dam by police divers.

Further searches by police from the Far North, Port Augusta, the Missing Persons Section and Polair have found no trace of Ms Graf"

Sorry for being explicit here for a moment (I put a spoiler just in case).

I wonder how long it takes out there in summer temperatures and with animal activity for a potential body to completely disappear.

It's now been a month since she was last seen; if we hypothesize that she went missing out around blue dam and succumbed to the elements (or worse), how easy is it going to be to spot her remains in that environment after all this time?

Has there been any mention of what time the husband and friend found her car? Would like to know how soon he found it.

Secondly, is there a overhead photo of her dumped vehicle? Was her car easily seen from the dirt track when her husband and friend found it?

The front end of Trisha's vehicle appears to be on a dirt track.

Looks like it was reversed in by accident while trying to manoeuvre in the middle of the night with a broken headlight.

Is there a photo/diagram that shows exactly where the car was found on the map?

It seems the car was left in quite a haste. Spooked by another car traversing in the area?

I wouldn't have thought that a kangaroo would do that much damage.

An example of hitting a kangaroo. See article below

I am suspicious that is a kangaroo at all. It seems it has hit a structure lower than the height of the bonnet, as the bonnet is untouched.

Was she chased on her way home in her car and she hit a kerb or rock?
Or was it done by someone else in a fit of panic?

I've actually seen that amount of damage and more.

I agree. I was not meaning to link the two together. Just thinking out loud about possibilities.
I wondered if the first photo (head shot or mugshot?) was taken when TG was much younger even

The "younger" photo looks a lot like a driver's license photo. Don't smile, don't show teeth. Our driver's licenses can be good for 10 years.

If your smile is your best feature, we have some bad news. Flashing those pearly whites is against the rules. Guidelines for Australian driver’s licence photos follow the same strict rules as passport photos. That means no smiling; you must have a neutral expression and your mouth closed.
You need to remain expressionless due to facial recognition software.

From the SA Police press conference, Trisha was reported missing at 11am on the 12th of December by “a family member”.

Just after midday that same day Trisha’s partner and a friend of his located Trisha’s car near Blue Dam.

No indication of why they looked at Blue Dam, how they found the car or how visible it was.

I can see no reason for the vehicle to be in this position, unless it was a spin out.

The only thing that I could think of is that Trisha's vehicle was used to dump her somewhere away from the tracks.

Trisha's mum says she is big, that it would take two people to lift her. (in one of the linked articles)

Maybe 'whoever' had to drive her to a dumping place, then drive back to a track and got the vehicle stuck on the road grading debris and pipe.

I am wondering if the track that is visible in the vehicle photo is Blue Dam Road.

imo

Thank you. So 1 hour? Granted the distance from Andamooka to Blue Dam is a short drive. That short time frame is suspicious as her Mother stated then her husband had told her Trisha has never been to Blue Dam. Why search there?

I would assume the husband would drive past all homes in the township, then head back towards roxby downs, rather than in a location she apparently hasn't been before.
