'Nightmares': Family's fears for missing mum

Ms Graf was last seen driving along Dunstan Drive, Andamooka towards her home at 2am on December 12 after visiting a house in the northwestern area of the town with a friend.

She had spent the evening with a friend at the Roxby Downs Hotel before she left with that friend and struck a kangaroo while driving the pair to the home.

By midday on the day she went missing, her partner and that friend had begun looking for her when they found her 2012 Ford Territory with license plate S254BCX perched on a dirt mound near the Blue Dam east of Andamooka.

Me ------- So it seems the friend who along with Trisha's partner found the car, was the friend she'd been with earlier, at a hotel and visiting a house and driving with.

If that was the case. The 'friend' led Trisha's partner to where Trisha's car was. I still think that finding Trisha's car within the hour in that terrain and knowing that Trisha did not know the location of the dam is very suspicious.

Something must of happened at the friends place.

I'm withholding my judgement until I know more.

Speaking of Licence photos and Passport photos - it used to be that you could smile for your Licence, but not for your Passport. As of course, you usually look glum when heading off on holiday, but are really happy to be pulled over by the police.

The investigation seems to lie whether Trisha's partner (Tony) and Trisha's friend (Kymmy) are close or not.

Thanks for the updates, everyone -- few as they may be.
Do the partner and friend know if Trisha was at all upset or depressed about something ?
As in, not seeming like herself ?
Would Trish have hitched a ride, if her car became inoperable ?
Etc.
So many questions.
Imo.

No indication of why they looked at Blue Dam, how they found the car or how visible it was.
This is a question I have too.
I read somewhere that the Trisha didn't even know about Blue Dam at all, so why would they go search there?
The only thing I can think of is that they were looking for bodies of water where she could have potentially driven into accidentally...but again, Blue Dam is in the opposite direction of their house, so it would not be in my list of places to search.

I've attempted to do a timeline.
According to google maps (attached) it takes 26 minutes to travel from Roxby Downs Tavern to Dunstan Dr, Andambooka.
Then another 10 minutes to Blue Dam.

She left the hotel at 12.19am, hit a kangaroo then proceeded to Dunstan Dr. Stayed for a SHORT amount of time and left at 2.am.
So that's an hour and 41 minutes in total.
If you subtract the 26 minutes and allow say 10 minutes for the kangaroo incident given that the car was still operable, then she must have been at the Dunstan Dr house for an hour and 5 minutes. Would you class that a a "short time"? A bit long for a quick drug deal transaction. Gives me the impression that the friend or Trish at least new the tenant. That is if there even was another person there at all.

Being that Blue Dam, where her car was located is only 10 minutes away from Dunstan Dr house, one would assume the tenants would have been aware of the presence of the dam. There is no mention of Trish's friend (Kymmy) leaving that location so I assume she stayed there (or perhaps lives there)

I think it is odd that we don't really know for sure where Kymmy was dropped off.

Amazing interview. They clarified so much. I hope the police and community are supporting them all.

Max was a star...he's so brave.

And yes, clarified a few things.
I have many more questions about the "friend" now.
