To me this looks like the damage you would see if someone clipped your car off the road ,no damage to car hood

What about a possibility of concussion if she did hit a kangaroo, don't want to default to murder atm

I assume police would've interviewed this individual named Smurf. Not accusing anyone of anything, but he would've been one of the last people to see Trishia.

Kangaroos can certainly total a car. Surprised me that anyone ever drives at night in those country areas. The car could easily have been clipped by something else.

If there was someone else there and something untoward happened, I doubt they'd want light shining like a beacon.

Thanks for this clarification on some of the events.

I have some more questions too

• Were her kids at a planned sleepover? Did that happen regularly?
• When did Tony first worry she wasn't home? When he awoke the next morning?
• How long did Tony search before finding the car?

As for the car, it appears to be well maintained and clean. Is it a work vehicle perhaps? What are the things I've circled? One appears to be maybe part of an old structure, and the other maybe yellow tape or plastic? I wonder if she was perhaps being followed or there was a road rage incident and another car may have damage too. If it's true that most of this damage didn't occur when they hit the roo, what was hit, and where? Are there parts of the vehicle elsewhere, even small bits of plastic?

And the all important question, who is Smurf and have police found him to talk to?

Hmmmm. Not liking this one.

Coincidence that the younger children were at a sleepover the night their mum goes missing? Or was this a regular occurrence?

The whole going out for beers doesn't make sense, the children weren't home, so why did she head out alone and then was gone hours but not reported missing until the next day?

Not taking her phone, I get you feel safe in your own community but what if you hit a kangaroo and can't drive home...

I can get behind the kangaroo damage. I'm in the UK and hitting a deer in your car can kill you, let alone your car! Kangaroos are beefy!!

The strange visit to Smurf's house is dodgy too.

To me it looks like she has been run off the road and dragged out the car by someone in a rage. Hence the positioning of the thongs/flip flops. Interesting that drinks were missing from the car too apparently.

All my own opinion and speculation at this point.

I don't know, the location of the car (Blue Dam) does not make sense.
She wouldn't have any reason to be there if the story about her leaving Smurf's house to go home is true. Her house is ~5 mins from Smurf's house, so why did she drive 4km out of town to Blue Dam in the first place?
I think it's more likely that the car was dumped there by someone else, but this opens up a whole can of worms of questions...
And we don't know what else they may have found in/around the car.

I really hope SA police will give an update on the investigation soon.

Firstly, the passenger window was down. Then the passenger side seat belt was done up. Then Trisha sat on it. Was she the passenger in the car at this stage?

But it wasn't Kymmys car? Why not utilise the seat belt as designed to stop the beeping. I have tried sitting on a seat, with a seatbelt already attached in 3 vehicles. It is very uncomfortable and a pointless exercise. Was the seatbelt used to hold an object in place?
