It think it is Sam. It looks like the robber puts his arm around him....either that, or the robber is giving him a shove--as in to say.."move it". Hard to tell. MOOI think they are running shoes, they have reflective material.

We see the robber with the gun come out the same inner door the two went in. We don't see the other robber come out there. Then we see a thin man in shorts and apparently a backpack appear ahead of the second robber in a different location. They approach a door or doorway. The robber puts his hand on the back of the thin man's neck as if to assert control and then gives his shoulder a rub. Then they step up through the door.It think it is Sam. Sorry, I don't have time to find the link to the video, xmsmadex, as I'm about to head out the door. Hopefully someone can post it for you.
Yep, SouthAussie, I fear he is completely lost
I don't know what you're hinting at. I went to bed hoping I'd be less stupid the next day, but I'm not. This is pretty sad. For some reason, police and Sam's family do not feel the need to keep Sam's profile in the media.
And I think we all can take an educated guess about why media coverage is not a high priority.
It seems the main concern was to trace the movements of Sam's car that day, so they can perhaps gather CCTV and other info, and try to nail the perps down.

If they'd found the body, wouldn't they say? Do you think they've found a suicide note? If they suspected suicide but weren't sure, wouldn't they want people to keep looking? Do they think this was a falling out among thieves and would rather preserve the victim's reputation than catch a murderer?
Perhaps we're all just too hungry for news and a few days' silence isn't supposed to signal "everybody, stop looking."
I see the driver lean to the left at 0.42.http://www.news.com.au/national/cri...w/news-story/90d2fbb1c06192d870a32a1729263dd4
Had to get my big magnifying glass and specs out for this, but in this cctv at .43 when Sam's car pauses under the garage door, I think I see someone's head in the left hand passenger side of his car - not sure front or back seat.
Gone as he turns out of the garage.
Probably shadows, I'm not sure.
I think he may be deceased. I think his family believe he was in some kind of trouble (perhaps through some kind of communication from Sam, or not showing up for an important event), and that is why word went out so fast and searches happened immediately by police ... for an independent male adult who could have gone anywhere, doing anything. He certainly seemed to travel a lot - even taking an impulsive quick trip to Bali, according to his FB page. Sam was unemployed and not committed to any work schedule.
His dilemna may have been confirmed by evidence in Sam's car after it was located.
And I do not believe that police will ask the public to look for a deceased person's remains.
I agree.
I don't think it's suicide - they've always stated it was homicide, even from the very beginning. (the speed of which that announcement was made was very odd and indicates to me that they had significant information in their possession...LE are reticent to even investigate a missing persons case that soon, let alone call it a homicide).
To me, everything points to drugs. Young guy, no job, big money on hand.......and then to disappear completely. I think he got in over his head.
