Also obviously one of the guys has pointed them to where the grave site is maybe for a slightly lower length of prision time?
Not the time to talk about it, but from personal experience they do advise their accused on how to lie, and they also omit evidence. I'm still bitter, but try not to be.In Australia it's contrary to professional ethics for a lawyer to lie to or deceive the court or knowingly allow their client or client's witness to do so.
For so long the vibe was that he was dumped in water, so I think that having a body to say goodbye to is a bittersweet blessing. Thinking of his family at this time.At least he has been found, and reasonably quickly. That must give some comfort to the family to at least be able to have a proper funeral. Not that there's anything good about a funeral. If you know what I mean![]()
I'm sure it happens sometimes and I've no idea how prevalent it really is. But it's not supposed to happen that way and I think there can be professional consequences if solicitors are found to breach the agreed standards. There are also subtler ways lawyers behave badly in court, intimidation and sexism, which don't seem to be in breach of their ethics and which need to change.

Or maybe just bones. It's nearly a month since Sam disappeared....and that HUGE rain may have hastened the process of decomposition.
Decomposition will continue until body is nothing but skeletal remains, which can take as little as a month in hot climates and two months in cold climates.
