No mention of a lawyer for Rob, yet they were so quick to name one for the second POI.
He doesn't necessarily have to have already been treated by a doctor. He'll be having psych assessments in the lead up to any trial.....many people have undiagnosed PTSD. It doesn't mean it's discounted just because it was only diagnosed during a court assessment.
And I agree Fieldsroyal......I wouldn't be at all surprised if he takes that angle. Or whatever angle he can. If it's true that he was deemed unfit for the army due to psych testing, then he'll try to use that to his advantage now, I'd expect.

I do recall at the arrest of the first POI he did not apply for bail which IMO says to me hat he may know he had no chance....? Just a guess.

Boscainos legal team requested an adjournment and the case will return to court on May 8.

My logic brain says - if bail was not requested, perhaps they were waiting to see what kind of a deal they could get if they gave up details of the body ect??
These are kinds of strategies that lawyers will seek. To keep something for a deal or a lower sentence to barter with later on.
Perhaps giving up the body will make for an easier bail application? IMO
He appeared in a Magistrates court originally didn't he ? Bail can't be granted in that court it needs a higher court - District or supreme from memory. Can anyone else confirm this ?

Bail Act 1980 - SECT 13
13 When only the Supreme Court may grant bail
Only the Supreme Court or a judge of the Supreme Court may grant bail to a person charged with an offence under the Criminal Code if, on conviction, the sentencing court will have to decide which of the following sentences to impose on the person—
(a) imprisonment for life, which cannot be mitigated or varied under the Criminal Code or any other law;
(b) an indefinite sentence under the Penalties and Sentences Act 1992, part 10.
Check it out turned out to be true who would have thougt!!I would consider that rumor at the moment. It is not known how Sam died yet, and the acid could of been bought to get rid of evidence on the body or whatever. Until more is known about it all we don't know. All IMO.
Another interesting tidbit from a local, the area where body was found is nicknamed 'mafia graveyard' by some. Obviously not a nice place to hang around.

Wow. These murderers really sound incompetent, don't they? Just fine to jump and take the life of another human being.
But pretty darn stupid in their following actions. (Well, pretty darn stupid in murdering someone, too, imo.)
Now I see that person above them not only saying 'chimps' and chuckling. I also see them saying 'get word to them that if they say a word about our operations, they are gone!'
Really incompetent. RB probably used a credit card to buy his 'clean up' materials and left an easy-to-follow electronic trail.
I'm wondering if they didn't plan it? It sounds like they had nothing ready......Maybe they were going to just give Sam a scare but it got out of hand......
Sounds very possible. Tempers flared, terrible things happened. Then they spent time driving here and there trying to work out what to do with Sam and his car.

Im sure all will be revealed soon enough. If they bought the items subsequent to the murder makes you wonder how he passed
