I wonder if, when ST arrived, RB came at him, shoving him and confronting him about whatever drug or money issues. Sam came back at him they start fighting and RB accidentally kills ST right there. Then calls AD for help. AD may have not even known about sam being in the car. If RB was involved in the robbery before or at least aware of it, he may have just asked AD to follow him so he could dump it. This explains the stupid purchases after the fact and moving of the car again. That makes the most sence in explaining ST being attacked in driveway, purchasing of items, AD not knowing sam. imo

I am glad you agree, but sadly we also dont know if AD was stealthy or a good planner. He just seems like an after thought and convenient guy to to blame.

I would need to check but I think yes request for info on car 22, post on parent 23 Private message comment or 24 and post on AD page after arrest. I think ? I am thinking someone seen car was shocked and had tried to warn parent maybe. I have also wondered if and everything is a big if AD is involved with RB doing illegal things was he trying to finance a trip back OS and it all went horrifically wrong ? Just a thought ?

The comment on AD's fb page about him being a murderer was on 6 April. (I just checked)

No not necessarily, for all we know RB said it was all AD and they had enough circumstatial evidence, ADs car following STs. But it might not be concrete or provable in court.

I was thinking that too. Or something like that. Because it's never been said AD's car was at RB's while ST was there. Just that the Mustang was there. If it's phone pings placing him in the house, could it be something as simple as he'd left his phone there?

I mean I don't know but I've always thought it seemed iffy that they never mentioned his car being there and they never arrested him until after RB so I wondered if RB pointed the finger at AD at a higher level of involvement? Because what a fall guy: the power lifting, gun toting wanna be who got kicked out of the army (not my opinion of AD but some people's).

Longer time passes guess maybe they think they are going to get away with it? Especially if the police at no time mentioned drugs, they may have thought they were in the clear. And without a body it could just be ST was in trouble and took off?

You are absolutely correct, I was trying to convey that they now have no excuse for accidents etc as they had all that time to straighten out think clear and come forward. Those poor parents most likely did that press conference knowing he was gone

Car request camw out 22 march and on 24 march they wrote of the murder on his profile? Arrest was 31.

Strange thing is that it seems that he had the means to pay his debts from what we are hearing,

Not sure how.much you all know about this sort of business but they pay debts in ways other than monetary. I.E. committing crimes to clear a debt.

Maybe to put the pressure on ? I am thinking they knew who owned the white car straight away after CCTV released and waited to see who contacted who and what was said maybe ? Then the pub CCTV came out also ? Thinking aloud with all this

I wondered if they were hoping it was RB, that AD would give him up and they'd drop the murder charge on AD? But who knows. They must have something I guess.

Though not everyone charged with murder gets the nod: look at Tostee and Shandee Blackburns alleged killer.

I think quite the opposite. I think he may have had prior knowledge, and may even have offered some 'advice'. Perhaps police have proof of this through text messages or such. Because if he wasn't there at the actual time of the murder (???), there is a reason he has been charged with murder.

I don't believe it will be just because Boscaino said so. Would the prosecutor have allowed that? Remember, the prosecutor reviews these kind of charges before they are laid, as they are the ones who will have to try the perpetrators.
The prosecutor measures the evidence, and helps decide on the charge.

Yes there will be plenty of evidence we dont have access to. For example police can get a copy of all text messages from your phone network. Ppl keep forgetting the cctv at the wetlands which was never shown to the public. You xould be able to see both boys getting in and out of vehicles etc. Theres heavy stuff leading to arrests.

Where all their bloody clothes are and how quickly they cleaned up the scene due to Roberto living with his partner. Where is she in all of this?? Im sire as **** Ashs parents would ha e asked questions if he turned up home covered in blood or even in different clothes than he left in.

Last I heard his passport was cancelled a second time mid last year when they found he'd bought a one way ticket to Sweden. Happy to be wrong though

A video news report said the assault was in the driveway, which makes cleaning easier. Ash could easily have borrowed other clothes and returned home and changed without detection.

Exactly. What parents of a twenty-something guy would monitor what he is wearing all the time? Very few I'd think.
