Police state that sam drove to boscianos and never left alive. Boscaino refused to reveal murder weapons or how he was killed. They said the victim and bosciano knew each other but dyball and boscaino didnt.

The article is saying that Sam didn't know AD. It makes no mention of RB and AD. They must have known each other.

He said he wasn't aware of Mr Dyball and Mr Thompson having any previous contact but said the victim and Mr Boscaino knew each other.

Nickers, in this quote from Brisbane Times: "He would not reveal the alleged murder weapon or details about how Mr Thompson died." don't you think that the "He" could be referring to Det. T, and not RB?

The wording from LE is very distinctive imo - they say they weren't 'aware' of them having previous contact. That leaves the possibility open. They may still be working out all the connections.

Definitely. It's LE saying that, not Boscaino -

Detective Inspector Tim Trezise said police believed he drove to Mr Boscaino's home on Griffith Street, Bald Hills, but didn't leave alive.

He would not reveal the alleged murder weapon or details about how Mr Thompson died.

That is why WS doesnt allow rumors and require links. Its getting pretty crazy in this thread....IMO newbies need to go back over the rules.

Yes, if you quote something from a news article, you need to put the link where it came from. And it's best to copy and paste the quote....then nothing can get misconstrued.

It takes a little while to work out the whole WS posting thing :seeya:

I'm wondering if nickers doesn't realise that if you quote something from a news article, you need to put the link where it came from. And it's best to copy and paste the quote....then nothing can get misconstrued.

No, I'm not saying that - we totally can.

But in the example above where a quote was attributed to RB when it was actually from a detective.....that's incorrect info getting spread.

I'm only talking about if you are referring to MSM articles - one of the WS rules is you have to provide a link.

IMO Either something happened between RB and ST and then RB called AD for help in a panic. Or AD and RB were out together and came across ST got into altercation that led them back to RB's house and things went bad.

So bosciano lured him to his house?? Had dyball as a stand over man as previously mentioned?

No where does it say he was "lured".

RB is at the center knowing both AD and ST.
