POLICE have released the name of a man they want to talk to over the brutal murder of Sophie Collombet and have warned the public not to approach him.

Benjamin James Milward, who is known to police, was seen on CCTV before and after the 21-year-old’s last known movements, police said today.

The 25-year-old has a dragon tattoo on the left side of his chest. He is known to frequent the Brisbane and Ipswich areas, but particularly South Bank.

I tried to search the QLD courts site for his name but didn't find anything.

His facebook profile really only contains the two pictures already tweeted by Channel 9 - if they have the correct person because that's never guaranteed.

Agreed - I did a double take on the pics - I'm glad there is more than one pic of this guy.

Sounds like he has done a runner and its why the Police have put out his full name, the screen capture from the CCTV of him, and other pics are now circulating.
Somewhere along the line he would have made some enemies - so someone is bound to call a sighting in of him if they know where he is.

Police said he also frequents Ipswich.

ETA: kudos to the Police on this case too.
The QPS media conference mentioned that they had 60 Police personnel working on this case.

He is described as being Caucasian, 180cm tall with a proportionate build, short blonde hair, hazel eyes and a dragon tattoo on the left side of his chest.
