About Théo's cap. 1) In one of the Podcast the volunteers are discribing a ceremony they had on a beach presided by an indigenious man. Lisa said the day after they found the cap though they already had searched the place (with the last known tracks her cousin discovered ? and can't remember how long before !). 2) It seems to me that the first picture seen of the hat on the ground was a very well covered area with branches and leaves on the ground and not the clear area shown on the picture posted here above by certus1. Please correct me if I am wrong I 'm trying to catch up with your posts with a delay of 10 hours.

Podcast 4 went over the ceremony quite a bit ... with the indigenous man speaking about the ceremony, the whale jumping, etc.

I don't think I have ever seen the 'first pic' of the cap. Do you know where I might see that pic?

Surely that cap was put there after Theo went missing. How could any previous searchers (and especially search dogs) in the area miss that? And it doesn't really looked beaten down and stained by rain, weather and dirt - considering that it was apparently out there for 5 weeks.

Yeah I just listened to some of Pod 4 again of them retracing his walk to Tallow Beach. The police had already searched the cap location and nothing was found. It seems to me to have been found on the last leg from the diversion around T’s camp and the beach. I’m now inclined to believe it was put their/planted after the initial search of the same area. Additionally I now think the phone was brought back to CC the next day, or retrieved from their the next afternoon which caused it to wake and ping. Then I reckon it died and was taken away again. I think the phone ping and the cap are deliberate acts to attempt to sell a story ie he fell off the cliffs.

I find it very frustrating when people don’t look at the bigger picture and have tunnel vision and don’t open their minds to what makes sense based on actual facts and what makes logical sense to fill the gaps!

I must add that I made it clear I would not do a podcast because if I did I was going to let loose about how I felt of the leaders of the searchers So I did not!

I would also like to make it clear I was not the instigator of people assumptions of Theo on Grinder this was mentioned many times over prior to me being on Grinder!

Before I start I’d like to say hello to my haters, GDAY!

I know where the hat was found! It came in 3’s 1. Hat was found, 2. Ring was found, 3, it was Princess my dogs birthday who turned 2 so it was on the 7/7!

The person in charge on the day was Irish George! He was adamant to go north and I argued the fact to go South because we had done the north so many times. So Irish George then decided to split the teams! Two teams went my direction and two teams followed Irish George! It was raining like crazy! We were all soaked and the second team that walked south in my direction found the hat! My team had found the camp site which was next to where the hat was found but did not notice the hat next to the log as we went to the camp sight and checked that out! I have all the pictures and some video of the campsite!

At the next meeting I congratulated the finder for such a huge find because the leaders did not!

Couple of key things to note!

1. Princess dug about 30cm deep in CC and pulled out a big bone! But could be anyone’s or anything it was raised with the leaders and they took no interest so I gave it to someone there!

2. There was a dead smell, smelt on the two occasions I was there just up from CC! But no one cared to much and I was told it was probably a dead animal!

3. I was approached yesterday and was given some WoW information but it was not direct so wait for further verification.

4. Someone told the family and media I was a suspect! So I only talk to two persons.

5. Some have questioned my experience in this field!! I worked as a skip tracer, finding people that took off!! My awards include, 1. Month winner, 2. quarterly winner, half yearly winner, yearly winner! I was one of the best in finding people that did a runner using multiple methods!! I would be working on old files that people had worked on for years and failed! I would turn every stone until I found them! In relation to my other achievements! 1. Security Manager of the year! Finalist manager of the year! team of the year! And my list goes on! No to brag! But I’m analytically minded mixed in with common sense and a dash or raspberry soda! I don’t give up until I get something worked out or solved!

6. Always remember that an outcome can be changed by some minute piece of information that comes through which would make more sense! I will change my conclusions if I need to! If I did not then my theory would be incorrect!. I have concluded only two theories that have happened! My theories will not be perfectly exact as they can never be but they will be very close!

People can say what they like but the proof is in the pudding! Enjoy!

And I know the sighting of 'Theo' running and the CCTV of 'Theo' on Shirley Street do not match up with the GPS trail (haven't quite got my head around how that could be) but I can't help but wonder if Theo didn't disappear in the vicinity of the headland.

Hi John/George, until you get verified as an ‘insider’, I'm afraid your posts will have to be written as though it's a theory and speculation, by using words such as "I think", "maybe", "in my opinion", etc.

So one could presume this path was used by abandoned camp guy, Tommy and whoever else might’ve used that path from 1st June to 7th July, when cap was found.

Whoever the perp is, took great pains to conceal the evidence, hence Theo not being found yet.

If abandoned camp guy was involved or Tommy (whom I don’t believe had anything to do with it), then surely they would have seen the cap in plain sight and also concealed it.

But they did not, because (I theorise):

If there is a chance the cap was planted, then it’s possible the phone was too, as there’s something about the timeline that doesn’t make sense.

I suppose the main reason for wanting the phone to ping well into the next afternoon is to give the illusion Theo was at beach all night at a gathering or doof.

What I don’t understand is how the phone still had enough juice for the final ping.

If it was charged somewhere else, it would have pinged at a different location (unless, as mentioned earlier, was still within tower range). I wonder if the perp came back to beach with Theo’s phone and a power bank? Lol.

I might just be getting delirious now.

The phone and cap may have been left or lost at CC overnight and both collected the afternoon of 1st June. Phone pinged when handled and shut off or battery died, and both cap and phone carried away. Cap is later placed on the beach trail as a red herring, or in an attempt to implicate the trails resident’s, like T and the unidentified guy. The cap didn’t need to be put on the trail if planted after the night, so it’s purpose and meaning are curious.

I reckon the idea was to make it look like Theo had done the obvious: climbed the cliff and fallen.

The phone may have still had a pulse if on low battery, and was able to give a final ping before shutting down early arvo.

Didn’t he go for a swim and was found a week later floating a little further south? Had a girlfriend back at the hostel etc. Seems like a rip got him?

So I cant find any MSM to say he went for a swim only that he went for a walk. I have had a good look to get some further understanding just nothing.

Unless he left a note (If he ended his life) then yes would consider it a suicide but we wont be privy to that info.

Even if his death was related to drowning or from injuries falling off a cliff, IMO he still may have been thrown off a cliff or in the water.

The reason I am bringing this up is the location the backpacker, the hostel, the month.

Police maintain they think Theo met with misadventure and may have fallen over the cliff and drowned.

Back then (2009) we did not have google maps and the tech that we do now.

Look what Theos family have found out about Theo after the fact that LE said that they beleive he may have fallen off the cliff and at this point do not suspect foul play.

If we did not have the tech we do now and access to Theos accounts by his family we would probably all be thinking the same as LE and not sluething Theos where abouts.

Could you please reference these awards you claim to have? I don't think security related awards, at least, have any import that would regard you as an expert or even a professional.
Your claims about what you think of yourself are mere claims. As you say, "the proof is in the pudding".
Wasn't it you that searched bushland near Kings Beach based on 'visions'?
Do you have anything other than a basic education? Any tertiary qualifications in Criminology or Law? Any tertiary training or experience in complex problem solving methodology?
I'm trying to ascertain how your claims about yourself match reality and why you should be regarded as having specialised expertise above many others who don't bloat themselves and whose experience and training you know nothing of.
'The proof is in the pudding'.

If you have valuable information then a professional approach would be to contribute to the podcast while restraining from expressing any personal feelings you have.
