Is anyone able to link the video(s) from where these two stills are taken? I've been trying to find them everywhere but other than comments referencing "the CCTV footage", I can't find anything!

Nope, never saw the actual video anywhere.

It is an indication that Cheeky M has a lot of footage but the police is only releasing ONE, that of him leaving at 11pm. Isn't it?

Thanks, that's what I thought. It would be interesting to see them though I am sure they have their reasons for not releasing them.

7:45 at the Bottle Shop. Out of CM at 11 pm with reports he was there for a few hours, might be less. Would you drink a bottle of alcohol with someone before going to CM and where? Might you stash it and go back for it?
The guy with him was interviewed and assisted Police.

In one of the videos we've listened to, it said the alcohol was a bottle of wine. Probably not hard for a couple of lads to drink a bottle of wine before going out.
In the attached video, they can be seen going to where the bottle shop fridges are.
They must have been looking for something specific as the bottle shop worker is pointing it out to them.

I was very confident with that footage opposite Aloha when they found it. There was some excitement at the time that something solid had been found.
It's since then that I'm less confident after Chloe mentioned it was unconfirmed.
It's definite he was heading along Kingsley Street and that he was looking at his phone. It was suspected that he was using Google Maps but he might not have been.
From Kingsley Street he could have gone anywhere.
One possibility is that he headed towards Tallow Beach. That's often a party place in particular at Cosy Corner. If he did there are two tracks that show the same time to arrive at Tallow. Both are south of the car park. I'd say they'd be difficult to transverse at night and they bring you out that bit further south. The area has been searched extensively.

At last, someone with a theory about Kingsley St! Police wanted footage from Tennyson (off Kingsley), they seem to think he might have headed down there. I don't know the area, is there anything interesting in Tennyson or its route that a backpacker might be attracted to?

But you don't seem to. You only seem have theories stemming from unconfirmed sightings but no theories on the Kingsley St. Evidence because it obviously doesn't fit in with your theories.

If you read back in the thread you will see that we have tried to think of lots of ideas about Kingsley Street and Tennyson Street.

The running incident is not confirmed as well as Theo being spotted in other towns. I don't get why you are trying to work out what happened from unconfirmed sightings. The only true evidence that we know is that he walked up Kingsley St. Maybe the running etc. did happen but it would seem weird that he went for a scenic walk in the back streets before going back to Shirley St. where you have placed him.

Many sightings are unconfirmed by police in CCTV because they were too grainy for them to officially confirm it was him. I think the other footage the parents agree that it was Theo but the footage could not be confirmed officially by police as Theo (correct me if I am wrong)? IMO police release what they want to release for reasons to reflect the case / tactical reasons so information we discuss that we have seen / heard / read through comments on MSM artcles, the LFTH facebook page. There is alot of unknown to Theos where abouts after leaving CM in MSM. IMO, when do the police release all evidence and all information to the public about a case? They dont. I think its great to see so many here discussing and throwing out different thoughts as to which direction he may have gone and why. Sometimes it is that one think outside of the square scenario that just could find Theo or help police understand further his movements after leaving CM.

I think he might have headed up Kingsley because some kind of disagreement happened at CM with someone and he thought they might come after him so he thought he'd avoid the obvious route. Those photos are confusing as in one it looks like there is damage to his jeans and the other one there isn't. I'll have to look back at the posts about Kingsley and Tennyson, they must be far back, sorry.

The one in the right looks to be the bottle shop and one on the left looks like the entry to CM. You can see the black stand they normally use for people to queue in. If it is out the front of CM why was his pants so dirty?? They aren't dirty in the bottle shop footage

They have. He was 'intoxicated'. That doesn't mean that he was rolling over drunk or being a nuisance. He looked 'ok' leaving to me. I'd divert off course if I was looking at a phone. He was aware of the pole enough to avoid it. I'm not claiming he wasn't intoxicated but that he didn't appear to be 'drunk' . No licensed premises can have an intoxicated person on the premises. It's a bit of a catch since they can offer them a non-alcoholic drink and have a duty but can't have them there.
The bouncers there, according to reviews, are strict on that (no implication of wrongdoing intended).
He had two drinks there according to reports so alcohol must have been consumed before.

Reports are was asked to leave because he was intoxicated. I just responded to this but messed up and it's in the quote.

I think they're both from CM. You can see a bouncer's arm on the left side of the right still.
Either way, I have not been able to find a video of him entering CM, I would like to watch it if it's available.

Maybe the lines have ben painted on the road since the google photo of CM was taken. Is it a flaw in the photo or are his jeans muddy and torn? They aren't like that in the Kingsley St. footage.

I believe it's very much CM, if you search the address of CM on Google you can look at the st view. It appears CM has 2 entries, one with 2 doors and the other one door. I believe by Google images it's out the front of the single door. Hence the lines on the road

After enlarging the image I think you are right and the right pic is of CM as well.

The pic from Google I posted shows cars parked on an angle.

Here is a zoomed out pic showing how parking is out the front of CM.

Looks like angled parking to me in the cctv still shot of Theo posted.

I found this, I think the other image is the reception / entry inside CM where they walk in where you would normally pay an entry fee or leave your jacket etc. It looks like a curved reception desk? Note the timber frame also in that second photo similar. Wasnt there an initial image of him clearly inside CM at the reception desk I thought?

Yes, he looks like he's just past where the girls with the pink skirts are in the picture you posted (in the picture I attached, it's the still on the left), and then just inside past the door where the guy with the backpack is. To me it looks like both these stills are from when he arrived at CM. Showing is ID and then walking in.
