Sorry got the Make wrong, Holden Colorado.whereas the blue was a ford ranger.

Umm, when I looked a little further. The friend of Toyahs has camping road trip videos with her BF recent fiancé on YouTube in a black Holden hilux. There is also images travelling on lots of road trips up and down the coast even a photograph of attending a “nudey beach” on Fitzroy Island. Appear to road trip from cairns a fair bit and drive a black Holden hilux, interestingly that is very much like car number 53.

#57 didn't cross the intersection that all the other cars were photographed crossing (except for red jeep that pulls out from servo) so they've had to use the shop/servo footage. Another poster suggested #57 might have U turned or pulled in from a different entrance of the servo.

It’s looks like the same intersection to me, just another camera facing another direction. It is still following the same little red car (#56). A’s far as I can tell - moo

I wonder why they are interested in car 51. It turns left - but they don’t appear to be interested in a car that turned left slightly before it. I wonder if it then quickly turned right into the petrol station? But no indicator that I can see... might just be about to be turned on?

Perhaps the individual is pulled over or at the service station, then resumes driving. Or getting 'number 53' on dash cam prior to turning the corner. Same as the latter cars who would have gone past the driver prior to the intersection, while the red jeep wrangler may have been parked with the Holden or also seen it go past just prior to the footage starting.

On 21st of October information exists that he drove, with a dog, to far North Queensland for a road trip.

Ros and Locke?

on his own with a dog? any time frame?

Ross and Locke I have highlighted on the Map, an individual was there 21st October, at 9:50AM. I am just curious about the coincidences of a photo on the same day, information about a day trip north, same looking car as invisible 53. Not alone at Ross and Locke.

in this video clip around 3.02 where a friend of the family is asked "do you think that you know......" she looks so alarmed at the camera, did she think she was going to be asked who she thought did it?
im sure they all have their suspicions

Toyah's family & friends hand out bumper stickers

In the vid, at around 1.07 the family/friends say they are heading to Cardwell.

Police are interested in someone weird - who might hang out at beaches between northern cairns and cardwell (over 2 hours sth)

"Detective Inspector Smith said they're also "keen to speak to any females who have been approached by any males, either acting inappropriately, aggressively or making them feel uncomfortable in the last 12 months to two years in any beach area or secluded area between the northern beaches of Cairns and Cardwell"

BBM above. 'aggressive & inappropriate' sounds a little scary to me, as does uncomfortable.. :(

Maybe the culprit is a loose cannon, already known to police, & they want footage of his car to link it all together? It would make sense - a local would know there's water to dump stuff at Lake placid, & it's also the best way to head south if you want to avoid cairns. Just sounds suss to me - MOO

I'm totally lost...??? is this in reply to something, or are you talking about the perpetrator (as being the individual u mention first up). Missing car number 53 is a bus isnt IIRC? Sorry, i just don't follow... need more coffee!

Behind the bus, going in the opposite direction is a black Holden ute. I am curious about that, based on other information. However I am just being curious. Given how violent the death was, it just seems passionate, anger, rage and personal.

So that would mean it's travelling north?

Yes and thats what I am stumped about, would mean going back. Appear to live in Cairns but that is a guess. Just thought it was odd, perhaps I am sleuthing too hard :p

It may also support the alibi theory if the individual has said they are somewhere else at that time, when there is information to suggest they were not.

But they are interested in someone travelling north possibly too?

"On Monday she said they would like to hear from anyone who saw anything out of the ordinary in the Lake Placid or Caravonica area on Sunday afternoon the 21st of October 2018 between 4:00PM and 5:30PM. She added they would also like "dash cam footage from any vehicle travelling north on the Captain Cook Highway between Wangetti Beach and Clifton Beach between 4:30PM and 5:30PM on Sunday the 21st of October 2018".

So that timeline may fit with a car going north toward lake placid. Or it is eliminating people going south and I’m over analysing

So that timeline may fit.
Well it's possible the perp went north to Wangetti, south to Lake placid area, and then again north, for whatever reason?

I still don't like the sound of this beach weirdo - if he frequents beaches from north Cairns area to Cardwell, he could go anywhere for the night. Earlier they were asking for lots of footage going north - as far as PD up until 7pm. I'm not sure if they have ruled out the far north ? They obviously needed to to see if her PD attachments were involved early on..

"Detective Inspector Sonia Smith said, “We have received some dash-cam footage and I’d like to thank the public for that but we continue to appeal for more from motorists travelling along the Captain Cook Highway, between Kewarra Beach and Port Douglas, on Sunday between 12pm and 7pm to come forward."

That was earlier in the investigation so?? ...

Hi all. Long time reader but first time poster. I have followed Toyahs' case from day 1 and find you guys amazing, trying to uncover the truth about this despicable crime. While watching my favourite CI show the other night on fox, the detective who has solved more than 400 homicides, stated that.
He "could not remember a single homicide case where the perp has not told at least someone what they have done". Which reminded me of a post on the 1st thread where someone stated that a "bad egg" had told people they killed Toyah. and then fled town. just moo. Maybe chinese whispers, but who really knows. Anyway my thoughts only. hope i have not upset anyone.
