Australia - Toyah Cordingley, 24, body found on beach, 22 October 2018 #3

  • #401
Oh Lord & he's a nurse!?
(allegedly)
I wonder if Toyah attended the hospital recently.
He was based at Innisfail. Doubt he had met her before, unless he spoke to her and followed her from Rusty’s that morning. I think he was already planted in the shade on the beach by the time she arrived. I reckon he tried to strike up a chat, maybe hoping she was there for the same reasons as him, only for her to decline. Maybe the rejection angered him. I reckon for him, it was opportunistic and got out of control.
Nevertheless we wouldn’t know the half of it, and the police will have this in the bag due to their expertise and efforts.

A gay friend of mine enlightened me on the topic of m2m (male to male) "cruise" spots, lets just say there are a helluva lot of public toilets and local beaches/parks I now look at differently!

Also, I stumbled upon Craigslist personal ads, "casual encounters" section before it was shut down in March this year (I think that's when the government acted to stop the human trafficking Craigslist was being used to facilitate), my oh my people were hooking up all over the region I live in, "hosting" casual sex meet-ups at their houses, having complete strangers walking through their door in the name of a bonk. Driving to dark carparks letting strangers in their car or vice versa. There must be a plethora of horror stories.
Basically, welcome to the digital, spiritually devoid, media manipulated, capitalist, western age!

I dare say the majority of people who engage in casual sex encounters in (private) public areas are not too selective with their tastes. As in pretty much anything is on the menu, especially considering the tolerance factor that comes with addictive behaviour, limits must be pushed, often to extremes if the addict is to achieve the sought out "high".
I think R.S could of met a buddy on one of his frequent beach visits, someone who dominated situations, I really see a second male involved, even possibly a couple. Perhaps RS was used, a scapegoat?
I want to know more about the granny flat at the RS residential property.

I’m not sure what some of these posts are insinuating.

MSM links are always handy as stuff you find on the web can be misleading and at times untrue.

Generally there are three reasons for murder:
Money
Sex
Revenge
It would seem obvious which one applies here.

I have a lot to learn, so please don't hesitate to advise me on things.
I actually get confused by all the media coverage, is there a post on this forum that has links to investigative facts & LE media releases?

Does this happen at all beaches, or more so the secluded ones? I had no idea Buchans was the unofficial nudist beach either.... #naivemuch?

Buchans' Point has been a nudist beach / pickup point, since the 1970's I believe. There were a couple of articles (all behind those annoying Qld paywalls!!) drawing parallels between another woman's murder at Buchans in 1985 also.

Sometimes when police do not release media reports, and press have nothing much to add, there is not much we can do it for BB

Sorry. I fell asleep mid sentence. Meant to say, sometimes we need to let police do their jobs and there is nothing more for us to sleuth about until new developments are shared by police. We might deny murderer of a fair trial if we keep on. If he is found in India, that country could say he would be denied a fair trial if he was to return, and refuse. Doesn't mean that Toyah is any less thought of, just means we need to be careful so as not to jeopardize police work. All in the name of justice for Toyah. Police can and do monitor these threads. MOO

Yes, they are dotted throughout this thread. If you have the time, maybe you could put them all together in chronological order in one post.

Hi OwlHeart! This report has the best attempt at the story and facts so far in spite of being the Daily Mail:
Family of 'person of interest' in Toyah Cordingley's murder plead with him to come home from India | Daily Mail Online

Note that LE are not quoted anywhere as having commented on Toyah's death or body condition other than to say it appears to be a sexually motivated crime.

I hope that helps!

Same here, I'm wondering. There hasn't been a peep in the media. Wonder if the wife and children have left for India as well.

Their property is still on the market.

If I live nearby, and really curious..... I might go to an inspection, ask to look at the contract (observe the vendor's name and address), ask why they are selling... But I don't, so I won't.

I suspect they already had 'interests' of that kind already lol.

Sadly I think it's pretty much over. My guess is there will be no other POI, and he will hide in India until the police give up looking.
