Australia - Toyah Cordingley, 24, body found on beach, 22 October 2018 #3

Interesting. I don't know if this is mad conspiracy stuff, but I keep wondering if he went to India at all. Suppose a relative went on RS's passport, eventually to return under the relative's own identity.

I like your thinking JLZ.

Until they realize who he is, perhaps.

We will see.
I can't see why his family have to actually go to India at Xmas to 'find him and plead with him' to return.
His dad is already there. Can he not do that job?
If the Sikh secular organisation can be contacted and the situation is explained, and they can encourage his return and tell him he cannot remain there, or turn him in to authorities.

Quite. If they have such influence, wouldn't they be more powerful remaining in Australia? Something to go back to.

Edit: But the pleading part is null if they can't find him. It's an expensive excursion to make on the off-chance.

I don't buy the story at all. IMO they are going back to India to support him and they will not be returning to Australia, all in my opinion of course.

Because they are all running back IMO. If I were police I'd be following them closely. They will meet up with him again, especially the wife.

About being "shuffled around from place to place by his peoples". So these would be remote connections or some he and his family didn't know at all. Wouldn't potential hosts have reservations, worries about the danger to their children/wives/mothers? He says he's innocent, but how are they to know, one way or another?
His father and wife will instinctively know his guilt or innocence. The wife will be his weakest link. It will be interesting to see if she plans to leave here too, and if she’s allowed.

After translating that article, a few things stood out to me ... and the article was published on 10th December.

- Australian Federal Police has contacted the Indian Ministry of External Affairs to look into it for a murder case.
- Three days after the incident, Rajwinder Singh's wife told the police that her husband was missing from her house. She asked for police support to find her husband.
- The network signal of his mobile phone indicates being around the spot. The suspicion of the needle is roaming around Rajvindar. The injured's injuries were found on the injured body.
- Detective Inspector Sonia Smith said that Rajvindar had left the country immediately after the murder, while his family lodged a report of missing after three days.
- The police consider Rajvindar as a key figure in the investigation. The police is now working with Indian officials to find Rajvinder and talk to him.
- However, the deceased's heirs said that the police should take the case seriously and present the accused in court. (??)

Hypothetical: RS was on the beach with another guy. RS drove them there, the second guy committed the murder and RS witnessed it. RS’s DNA collected from the site & his car seen in the car park. Afterwards the other guy threatens him or makes him promise silence, and he fleas the country scared for his life. Multiple POI’s due to DNA samples, police needing more evidence, police unable to name RS yet, RS behaving consistently with his brothers description of him (fearful, harmless, non violent etc).

He may well have some connections who are Sikhs who are willing to harbour him. But that's a different proposition from being hidden by a religious institution with its financial and networking resources.
yes quite. I guess i'm thinking only of the odd few, and/or perhaps close family. I just get a horrible feeling it will take some time to find him, hope it's not the case!

what about the witnesses who saw scratches and bite marks on him? On the plane? at the airport? I guess, he could have fought the real attacker off... if so, the normal thing would be to go to the police. I guess he's not normal tho...

what about the phone triangulation?

do you think it's him?

Reported missing three days after the incident makes more sense than three days before. I wish the story would stop changing.

My interpretations: "The suspicion of the needle is roaming around Rajvindar" = Rajwinder is under suspicion (but, poetic). "The injured's injuries were found on the injured body" = The victim's body had injuries. Though it would be nice to think it meant the suspect left *his own* blood on Toyah.

*Words inserted to clarify my meaning, on edit.

BBM above - wth? I know you didn't post that - but that's a quagmire, for sure. Is this a true translation? Does it mean the injured left injuries on the injurer? I hope so... actually, and equally as good - the injurer left his marked injuries on the injured. I guess that's what you meant by blood... :D

Just a hunch. No real basis for it apart from a voice in my mind ⚡
I felt compelled to suggest it.
I hope that is ok with everyone, I don't want to be an annoyance.
There are a few Sikh temples in Indonesia. It's within close proximity to Australia AND India. There are temples by the ocean, free Indian meals daily...I'm still learning how to share links etc so you might want to google the idea if interested.
