Like others I am surprised that the charge is murder. Is it at all possible, this could be to scare him, to convince him to talk and confess to a lesser charge? (I really don't have any idea)

He doesn't even have any definition - he just looks like a wannabe. He is the least ripped guy there (although to be honest I am so turned off by beefcake dudes - they gross me out).

My husband (who's into working out, but not 'roids) reckons no way that's a steroid body. He's saying he'd be way more muscly than that if he was on the gear. He said that's just flab/fat.

Murder? Murder. Killed another human being. That's what investigators have charged him with. Murder and a woman falling hundreds of feet through thin air with no possible hope of saving. Then he ran. He lied. He spouted off and denied online. No words. Her hair would still have conditioner in it. Her deodorant would still be working as she fell screaming. She probably had earrings on and pretty underwear. Texts she hadn't replied to. Things she was planning to tell her sister in a few days time when back in NZ. Probably fell wearing pretty little bracelets. And as she fell, she wouldn't be able to believe it could be happening. Then over. Death. And he ran. And someone triggered a gas alarm. Then in days to come, when her family was gagging in grief, their minds repeating that terrible scene before their eyes endlessly, he was sulking and spitting online - about how innocent he was and how 'devastated'. No damn words for it ....
