Why is the gender of the posters here such a topic of discussion? This is not a case of men vs women. When people are telling you their experiences, it's a gift offering insight of what it's like to fear for your life at the hands of another. When people who read and study case after case of men murdering women, while the reverse is rare, I take their ability to recognize predatory behavior seriously. Regardless of their gender. Men and women both have strong feelings of innocence or guilt about GT. But blaming views on someone's gender is disturbing to me.

Will be a little while before we find out what it is. Stand by. #tostee

OMG we have a verdict!

Please, please... We need justice for Warriena.

Seaglass, Lily Mae and ......

I know of a female poster who has relentlessly dogged all the Tostee forums across the net too, for the sole purpose of vilifying him. Sounds like stalking to me! So perhaps thats why the Toaster has to pay shills to do his bidding!

Good to know he IS paying 'em. God knows, disgraced law students could do with the $

Good pick up. I'd like to say I'm surprised.

The apartment is in the heart of Surfer's Paradise. I wouldn't assume peeps would call the police unless they saw something suss. Schoolies week is an example, screaming, yelling, planking galore.
Then explain how the neighbors below appeared on their balcony while she was still dangling there? Or how the other witnesses that were urging her to climb back over were also there?

This is literally seconds after she is put on the balcony. Somehow, some way, they are all outside and staring straight at her.

They heard the commotion, and rushed to see what was going on. It's not even a debate at this point. The police were being summoned even before she fell.

Tostee called his solicitor. That's fact.
The response was to the timing. As outlined in the quote that I was responding to, someone suggested she saw him on the phone, calling his lawyer.

I don't know what to watch, this thread, or the Hillary Trump disaster on TV. Whiplash and brain freeze. Ugh.

Regardless of the verdict, I live with the belief that we all face judgment and justice for our wrongs we haven't atoned. If he walks, i truly hope, in some capacity he can become someone who gives back to the world instead of continuing his selfish, destructive lifestyle.

I wonder if "a verdict has been reached" means that it definitely isn't a hung jury?

It's entirely possible he was about to phone the police to have her escorted out safely.
Exacrly what I was thinking. He's just been in a scuffle, and wanted to clam down to decide what to do next. Adnd beofre he even sat down to contemplate, ............within 12 seconds.

Every comment I make here is an opinion. Even if I state it as a fact, and it is a known fact, you can still regard it as an opinion. I'm good like that.
