Lunch in the #tostee trial - plenty still to unfold. Not willing to report what some other outlets are but a lot still to play out

Hopefully they use the alternate juror

Yet if you were to use the same logic in assessing the victim, what is that called again?

To my knowledge Warriena had no prior run ins with the police. It is called having a clean slate and responsibility as an adult.

Now the Courier Mail has removed the article.

Not if the door is 20 feet away, around the couch, past the kitchen cabinet, down a narrow hallway, with a deadbolt and doorknob to open.

Good luck maintaining a peaceful restraint through all of that.
It also had a damper on it, and in those apartments the air con unit in the hallways can create a a vacuum against it, making it slightly harder again to open those doors. Yet no one considers, or is even aware of these things, when they say, "Why not just take her out the front door". There is a reason why Tostee said it was diificult. It is.

Every comment I make here is an opinion. Even if I state it as a fact, and it is a known fact, you can still regard it as an opinion. I'm good like that.

I hope so sleep.

I have a sneaky feeling this rogue juror was in favour of the accused. Wanted attention by giving insider information? Certainly not someone taking their civil duty seriously. JMO

Some are saying on Twitter that it is a hoax!

Has anyone found the Instagram account?

Well he's not the sharpest tool in the shed. ;) Or does that need to put in dot point to spell it out?

I don't think it's a hoax, MSM are redacting all their tweet as they reported too early

I had a similar thought. Like sabotage. I like a sequestered jury. Removes the temptations
