Sorry FD, I disagree. I think the lawyers WANT to believe having equal numbers of men and women on a jury will equate to gender generalisations, but anyone who believes this is insulting the jury panellists intelligence. Legal people have NEVER been on a jury, only jurors know what really happens.

Slight correction. Depending on the state, legal people can be on a jury.

there no evidence of paint thinner being administered. Or do you have a MSM link? Also no drugs were reported in the toxicology report during the trial.
