I hope its a hoax but not seeming like it, I think the were just quick to report it like they did yesterday with the Jury question and that all had to be deleted. They did say on 7news they were getting something, then she said "I cant report that yet"

Can someone tell me how many hours till they reconvene? I need to know how late to try and stay up or set an alarm, been up since 4 due to cancelled flight!

60 to 90 minutes, by my calculations... can someone on the correct side of the globe confirm please?

Then explain how the neighbors below appeared on their balcony while she was still dangling there? Or how the other witnesses that were urging her to climb back over were also there?

This is literally seconds after she is put on the balcony. Somehow, some way, they are all outside and staring straight at her.

They heard the commotion, and rushed to see what was going on. It's not even a debate at this point. The police were being summoned even before she fell.

I didn't know that police were called before she fell. Where did you read that?

I have a whole thread to catch up on (you guys sure can talk!) But I wanted to be here with you all for the verdict.
House work can wait 😂

I spray Windex into the air. Smells like I cleaned. Only when I have important business on WS of course.

(Oh no. I may have just been caught out as a woman! )

Remember when GBC was on trial and a juror looked up something online - I think it was instructions for interpreting evidence - and Justice Byrne gave them a good old talking to, but they were still able to go ahead. I just don't see how an instagram post could negate all those days of deliberations.

And then you listen to the recording and hear him acting like a public nuisance and kicking police cars.

Wonder if this is where he got the idea. He walked away that time, why not this.

No wonder those detectives are just all sitting there, waiting for the verdict.
Which recording allows you to hear him kicking police car doors? can you give a link, or is this another furphy?

A twitter poster reckons verdict is NG per his instagram sleuthing. I cant find anything! I hope he's wrong.

Do you know, on top of that awful presidential debate, I went and popped my sleep aid (it's 11pm here) right before they announced a verdict and all the other drama, and now I'll be snoring or worse, posting gibberish on here as we wait. Awful timing. Pizzed.
(And apologies if I do post)

Well, if the juror posted on Instragram after they'd reached a verdict, surely that doesn't alter the verdict? Seems to me there would only be a problem if they'd posted before reaching a verdict.
Tough call, since it hasn't yet been read in open court.

Technicalities are huge in every legal system.

I do believe I read one of the witnesses was on the phone while watching her over the rail. I will have to confirm.

Tostee spent 6 months in jail, need I say more. But if you do me the honours of providing the link for your post, I will do same.
How is a custodial sentence for drink driving, related to the murderous intent attempting to be proved in thsi case? It isn't. The offence and circumstances are entirely different, however you are trying to link them.

He went to jail for wilful behaviour. This case is about an accident, unforseen circumstances, where multiple people behaving wrongly. Understand now? Your claim about being given chances , is therefor invalid.

I saw something along those lines before it was removed.
