Absolutely this is the case! GT IS responsible, no matter how you look at it, no matter how. He invited her in, she died, he has to accept responsibility for her unlawful death. It is clear it is not an accident.

He has neglected to keep her safe as is his obligation and her reasonable expectation.

The opinion here is, even if she is drinking, taking drugs willingly or even without her knowledge, it is still GT (the resident) responsibility to keep her safe (even if that means to protect her from herself).

It seems to me that the QPS have known for some time he should not be walking among us, and it's not a difficult conclusion to draw. So far so good......

GT's facebook is back up. It is under his own name, rather than Gable Tee. Was interested to note that one of his and OT's friend's commented on frequenting the BB forum, so my impression that these discussions were with complete strangers was not quite correct. It is a global culture, but locals too. I guess they buy their supplements from there.

Why would this happen & who would enable it?

If so, it's probably he himself who has re-opened his fb account. He's off-the-wall enough to begin posting on it too - proclaiming his innocence. Post away, Tostee. It's all grist for the mill!

But if he is online from jail - it's outrageous. He shouldn't be allowed to have a computer. Or post on social media. He should have to go cold turkey all the way.

It is hard enough getting offline computers for University Students in jail, so I doubt that. He may have a mobile phone, bad boy.
