2.21.12 am - Faint screams heard.
2.21.50 am - GT tried to phone is lawyer.
38 seconds OMG.
He clearly had his number in speed dial.
38 seconds and he immediately calls his lawyer...
If he thought he imagined her fall, as he later suggested, he wouldn't be calling his lawyer straight away.
He'd be in total shock, running to the ground to see if she fell or he imagined it.
Instead, he goes into flight mode and immediately starts distancing himself from the body...putting a lot of physical space in between him and the crime scene...and calling lawyer/daddy for help. That suggests guilt, not shock and surprise.
Essentially creating two alibis:
1. I wasn't there - I was getting food and tried to call her to see where she was etc
2. I was high on alcohol/drugs and thought I imagined it
Each one could be used depending on the legal advice given I presume. That ten minute gap between getting pizza and calling his dad, he's formulating a plan. Even his phone call sounded staged 'err dad I've gotten myself into a pickle, you see...'
I have had two friends who have witnessed people falling off tall structures - one was a suicide, one was an accident. Their immediate reaction was shock and then to help.
