Gable Tostee was charged by police twice this year before he was arrested for the murder of Warriena Wright

They detail how he has two outstanding charges against him, both relating to an incident on the Gold Coast on January 27 this year.

Police were called after a tuk-tuk driver claimed he&#8217;d run away without paying

As a result he was charged with commit public nuisance and assault or obstructing a police officer.

Later in the year, on July 27, he was charged with high range drink driving after he was allegedly found to be nearly five times over the legal limit for driving.

Tostee was also charged with breaching bail conditions that had been imposed after the January incident.

'She&#8217;s small so I go to hug and lift her up and take her inside from the balcony but she totally freaks out, mumbles something about getting back to her parents and bolts out the door. Deletes me off both Tinder and FB.

Earlier posts dating back several months have him saying he, 'banged two girls tonight. First one was 4/10 not worth mentioning didn&#8217;t look like her pics and I couldn&#8217;t even finish&#8217;.

In April, he posted a photograph which matches that of Gable Tostee and, apparently speaking about the calibre of girls whose attention he had attracted online, he writes, 'been matching mostly 7s, not sure if it's slowed down lately or something'.

Yeah I read all that at the time, but given the amount of lies and sensationalism and media frenzy, I wouldnt give much creedence to it. If he had convictions of stalking or soemthing , yeah perhaps , as I said all the media were able to dig up in his history was the counterfeiting conviction, and the 2 allegations yet to be heard in Jan 2015.

The drink driving isn't an allegation, he has admitted to it in his own letter.



Twelve days later, following an alleged drinking session at his Surfers Paradise apartment, 26-year-old New Zealand bank clerk Warriena Wright died at around 2.20am.

The note is among several court documents filed by Tostee's lawyers to gain freedom on bail while he awaits his murder trial, which is unlikely to proceed before late 2016 to early 2017.

IMO - this could be part of his ploy to get out on bail - it was written 4 days prior to his release. Sus considering his infringement was months before.

Police will allege he hid behind a pillar as police surrounded Ms Wright&#8217;s body and can be seen pacing backwards and forwards.

He then allegedly got back into the lift, rode to the basement and left the building.

CCTV cameras allegedly recorded him carrying what appeared to be a phone. Police will allege they later found three mobile phones in a car in the Avalon basement.

He was granted bail but was back in custody on July 27 when he led New South Wales police on a high speed pursuit after attending this year’s Splendour in the Grass music festival.

Police allege Mr Tostee was spotted driving a grey vehicle with no numberplates and reaching speeds of 200km/hour on the Pacific Motorway south of the border.

Police deployed road spikes on the northbound lanes of the M1 just prior to the Tugun Tunnel, but it is alleged Mr Tostee continued to drive on the rims at about 140km/hour.

He was finally stopped about 15km up the M1 at Currumbin

But, she did end up dying....so it does seem to substantiate the claim she was screaming in fear for her life. I can think of no better time to scream in fear for one's life then right before you die.

Prosecutors allege, in the court documents, after being placed in the rear of a police vehicle, Mr Tostee then allegedly put his foot in the door to prevent it being closed, said 'f*** off' again, 'violently kicked out at' Sergeant Stephen Wright, who sprayed Tostee with capsicum spray which 'had no effect'.
