He isn't wearing one.

The nightclub bands aren't fat, they are made from paper.

Also, they had seized everything from him when he was leaving the questioning that night. He is wearing different clothes here.

Why would he wear a gadget to an interview when he probably knew it would be likely to be seized? Why would police say they found the recording on a phone if they had seized a watch with a recording?

How do you have so many images of Tostee on hand? There are watches that link directly to your phone, you can call using it and access apps. My mate has one...

How do you also know what was seized off Tostee that night? I am just so curious, just so curious indeed.

Oh yes he is. Zoom ... The second photo has pixel blowout. The watch sends the data to the phone. <modsnip>

He had no difficulty in 'reading out' and apologising for his drink-driving speeding spike and capsicum spray adventure, WHEN it came to a small matter of bail.

So why would he have not written a letter of condolences to Warriena's family? Why were the only expressions of such sentiment in comments that were apparently against his lawyer's advice? My guess is that the lawyer would deem it too risky to communicate with the family.

It was recently revealed that Pistorius had written an apology letter to Reeva's family early on but his lawyer advised against sending it.

Barry Roux SC, representing Pistorius told Martin that Pistorius had written lengthy letters of apology to Steenkamp’s parents but that he had been advised by their lawyer not to hand the letters over.

This is a thick white thing worn on the left wrist, not burned out by camera flash, casting a shadow.

Gawd. Tostee sounds like the neighbour from hell, with his drones and surveillance cameras. It's all cool while he's 'young', but entering middle age he'll be just another pervert with blood on his hands.

Last warning guys before time outs are issued.

Cut out the snark towards each other....it's simply not necessary.

Also, if you're going to state something as fact you will need to back that up with a media or police report link.

No link = no post.

Those poor 'young beautiful teenagers' whose page he posted on would have seen him as Middle aged :bodyguard:

I googled all of those images by typing "Tostee". I never claimed to know what was seized, but why would he be wearing different clothes on the way home if they hadn't been seized? One would assume they would seize his clothes. He did state in his recent open letter that he hadn't slept, showered or gone home since the incident.

Then how do you explain the other picture where it is clearly not there? It looks like a camera flash to me.

the bottom pic clearly taken at night was on 9 news that pic shows where he had blood taken.

Supt Hutchinson said a 'forensic procedure order' had been carried out against Tostee, which is believed to have included blood samples and a DNA swab.

Camera flash has burned the pixels out. Happens all the time. But from the other angle there is enough shadow to define it.

The laws in South Africa have nothing to with Australia. Thank you though for the link.

What has it got in its pockets, <modsnip>?

'I'd attach the spy camera to one side of my jeans pockets and an 3w IR (infra-red) light for night vision to the other pocket, battery in another pocket.'

----It's like a tutorial on how to be complete creeper, innit.

----

Mr Tostee returned to the forum to explain he installed surveillance in his home when his keys were once stolen.

“As for the surveillance cameras, they're basically just cheap USB cameras connected with repeater cables (normal USB extension cords lose signal strength over distance). I have one camera at the front entry and one overlooking the living room.”

“I use the program iSpy for motion detection and have a 6 second timelapse on constantly which records everything to my PC.”

“I also have mini spy cameras which I've used for fun when I've gone out and had a drunken night or something...Didn't work all that great since all you could see were peoples' hips, so gave up on that in the end.”

Mr Tostee claimed to have also bought a telescope for looking at “neighbours, people on the street etc” and purchased a drone with a fixed camera, which he used to fly off his balcony

Then why didn't he write one?

If he didn't write an apology letter, why did he choose to write a statement on the BB forums stating this was such a tragic and distressing event? Surely if Tostee is innocent and Rrie did throw herself off the balcony (if we are pretending that the recording doesn't exist) he would write a letter and say he was so sorry for what happened but it wasn't his fault?

With regards to the link above and Pistorius - his apology was not genuine or sincere and only upset the family further. If Tostee didn't write one to be oh so sensitive to the family, why did he write a public pseudo apology on a BODYBUILDING website of all places?

Mr Tostee also claimed that he was "distressed" during his three-month stay in the Arthur Gorrie Correctional Centre. Despite being held in protective custody, Mr Tostee said a strange man named Colin Latimer talked his way into his cell.

"I am still quite concerned about that incident and the intentions of Colin Latimer," Mr Tostee said.

However Arthur Gorrie's general manager Troy Ittensohn replied to Mr Tostee's lawyers, saying there was no evidence Mr Latimer entered the cell.
