The point is that most of the negative "reports" of Tostee were unnamed or heresay, while those backing him up WERE named and actually knew him. One of his mates even went on TV for him in that link you posted.

He was charged with obstruct, NOT assault. He is yet to be found guilty of that.

Do you know for certain there have been no complaints or charges?

I'm quite sure by now police will have a rather large ongoing file all about the self-proclaimed "superhero" and his online date hook-ups.

Because the case is now in sub-judice period, very little, if any, further evidence will be released until the Committal Hearing. OR the judge at the next hearing on 12th January, may allow the release of some evidence.

The media have brought up his existing charges and the police have seized his phone and even friends' phones. Why would the media comment if he hasn't had any complaints? He probably hasn't been charged with treason either, does that mean the media would tell us that he has never been charged with treason?

The court documents state Constable Hurley observed Mr Tostee was 'causing alarm to members of the public attempting to purchase items from the store and that he was interfering with 'peaceable business'.

When the officer arrested Mr Tostee, the defendant allegedly said to him, according to court documents: 'What are you going to do small man, f*** off c***'.

Prosecutors allege, in the court documents, after being placed in the rear of a police vehicle, Mr Tostee then allegedly put his foot in the door to prevent it being closed, said 'f*** off' again, 'violently kicked out at' Sergeant Stephen Wright, who sprayed Tostee with capsicum spray which 'had no effect'.

though I am interested in all the behaviors of the sociopathic personality reported above...

the one that stand out most to me ATM is the one bolded by me...

I would think that Tostee's desire, continual pursuit, and ability to "connect" with many females ... Yet having the inability to maintain those relationships...(as indicated in his own comments in his SM) ...would discount a "social anxiety" diagnosis.... And fall much more in the category of the sociopathic personality...

IMO... It is interesting that we have heard/read relatively little positive instances from witnesses of Tostee's behavior... Even from family...

Yet... We have heard wonderful accounts of Rrie.... Compassionate to, and care taker of, animals... Wonderful, loving sister.... Etc...
