Why did he have Warriena's phone? Why did he keep calling her?
Was he hoping to leave a message for someone to eventually hear?

I can't see how this guy is ever going to be charged with murder, never mind found guilty.

I can maybe see a case for some sort of manslaughter charge, but even then I think it's a stretch.

I'd say what we have here is a case of two young people, very drunk, with a very strange dynamic for want of a better phrase, I don't think either of them sound very stable and they both made terrible decisions that night, and of course we know ultimately the worst decision was for W to try and climb down the balcony.

I agree that the way GT acted after the incident looks terrible, but there's plenty of people who believe that you should always seek legal advice in a situation like this, maybe his parents have always told him, "don't speak to the police before speaking to a lawyer", as we know he's had more than one run in with the law, so I'm sure this played a part.

The only people that could possibly be the judge of that would be the prosecution. Surely they would not risk pursuing that charge unless they had a good idea about how the evidence would go in court. If I was on the jury based on what Ive read and heard I would vote guilty to manslaughter. I'd need to know a few more details to vote guilty to murder. It's terrible that two young lives are wasted but Im super glad GT is likely to be
one less creep to be on the streets and in the clubs.

Tostee was released on bail in *November after promising to stay off online dating service Tinder, on which he met Ms Wright, and refrain from responding to comments about the case on *social media.
Since his release, Tostee has posted a lengthy statement on social media declaring his innocence and defending his actions on the night Ms Wright died.

No wonder Bicept was so adamant that Tostee was not a 'former member' of bb forum. All I know is that when I looked for the very lengthy "I'm innocent" post he made, several days after he made it and just to look at replies, the post was gone and there was big writing in its place saying something about 'post by former member deleted'.

Obviously, that was just done for show - and they didn't actually ban him. Just deleted the post, and perhaps TO'd him for a month or so.

Putting myself in the shoes of an ageing party girl: would a younger man saying that be enticing? Maybe enticing enough to want a relationship with the younger man? Just trying to get my head around what form the dynamics would take, in a relationship between Tostee and Frost. She obviously still has feelings for him. IIRC Frost is the only woman to come out and publicly support GT.
