Prosecutors allege, in the court documents, after being placed in the rear of a police vehicle, Mr Tostee then allegedly put his foot in the door to prevent it being closed, said 'f*** off' again, 'violently kicked out at' Sergeant Stephen Wright, who sprayed Tostee with capsicum spray which 'had no effect'.

He was charged with one count each of commit public nuisance and assault or obstruct a police officer, according to the court documents.

It seems unlikely since his habits are somewhat entrenched.

It's clearly obvious what he thinks about women, it's also old fashioned and sounds like he's repeating something a man might have said in the 1950's.

..kinda narrows down the 'who posted the audio' field, doesn't it? Since the actual recording seized was still in the hands of the police. And was not included in those purchasable bail documents.

Fairfax Media can reveal a clip was uploaded anonymously to a Canadian file-sharing website on December 6.

The audio recording is yet to be formally tendered to the courts as evidence in the murder case.

They obviously didnt put enough eggs in the basket since they failed to convince the bail judge of the suitability of the murder charge , and also failed to keep him on remand. Way to go, stupid PoPo!

Not to mention the investigation pretty much IS complete, since all they are waiting on now is Tinder logs, which will most likely be irrelevant in a trial anyway.

I'm particularly interested in the inevitable sentencing reports that will be submitted in court.

This young man of almost 30 (to be precise) lol, will be given a boatload of diagnostic tests and then we will all know (right around the world) exactly what issues he has or not. I don't think that reality has sunk in yet.
He seemingly thinks he's too clever to get caught with anything.
That is part of the problem of only looking at details.
Taken as a behavioural whole significant personality traits are clearly evident, and that's the bit he avoids dealing with. He's well aware that there's a problem but no insight that he causes it.
It's like he's deaf to himself, some part of him is shut off to self knowledge.
He's also in major denial.
There is a pattern to his behaviour that is in conflict internally. imo
There's a quite a bit of bouncing around between the adult and child parts, and a very fragile ego. imo
He has not matured normally for what ever reason, but certainly it's family relationship stuff. imo
