Less than a minute after Warriena falls, seconds really... Tostee says "sh_t" and "where's my keys".. around this time on the recording you can hear him unscrewing something heavy and metallic, and something goes "thud".

The he leaves in a hurry -- what was *important enough* for him to stop and fiddle with in those moments before he bolts out of the apartment?

Just a very few mins later, he's in the car making up LIES about how she got onto the balcony -- 1. he admits to pushing her out there, 2. he says she ran out there, 3. he says he can't recall how, "last he remembers" they were on the floor.

CYA from the second she fell. No concern for her, whatsoever. AND he makes sure to record it all?

I think he does a great job of hanging himself out to dry, personally.

as it happens, it's a question that may never be answered...he recorded it, on his own phone,, which , at times, he hid.... the mystery is why did he record it?.. 3 hours, ... was it for him? as an aide de comp when alone?.. or was it for someone else?.. was it for a preplanned alibi?.. was it at someone elses request for him to do it?. did he think it up himself?.. are there more of them on the same topic? ( women he has had in his apartment who don't know they are being recorded )... is there a collection of almost snuff recordings that Gabe rehearsed his final snuff performance?.....

Police have confirmed that a search was done on his apartment and PC , and no such things as you claim were found. this is just another furphy that people like to spread.

Yes I agree, I think he will take the stand, remember those 100s of posts on the bodybuilding forum. He s a legend in his own lunchtime, he just doesn't get it, I think he sees himself as blameless

Day 2 Summary

Hilarious ! Every red herring imaginable, condoms, selfies, men in striped shirts running, etc etc ..lololol but of course nothing even remotely close to proving that any of these charges have any substance. I can see the Crown being made to look like absolute fools at the end of this, but then it would be nothing new for them. Of course the media continues to do what they have done for 2 years, run a false narrative. Last night I watched an Australian newswoman read out that Tostee is being charging with throwing her off the balcony....lol.... STILL!!!

Back to the case, I'm holding out for something new, even exciting on Day 3, but I can see they are running on empty, with nothing up their sleeves.
QC Holt is quietly collecting this patchwork collection of irrelevant notions , and formulating his garrotting move, after which the Crowns case will be eviscerated. Hilarious!

not alone, not by a long chalk,, there is a certain kind of woman who is attracted to this kind of man, and particularly, this kind of man in these kind of circumstances... low self esteem, inoperative sense of their own dignity, lacking in insight, and capable of imagining adventure where there plainly is dullness and relentless repetitive lack of human empathy. It is a life time career for some women, and one must let them run their lives on this level.. No insight is available for these poor people, and the waiting rooms of prisons of every country are filled on visiting day with the typical captive of the Gabe's of this world..


There they sit, all wrapped up in useless pity and driven by strong urges to appear as the saviour to the quietly smiling prisoner, who knows exactly what's going on, even if the poor wretched woman doesn't..
