So last night I was feeling like the prosecution were going too softly softly, but today, whammo. They are going hard. That tape is so powerful - it's not often a jury gets to hear the final moments of someone's life and the clear distress Warriena was in is palpable. The defence remind me a little of GBC's - picturing them standing them with their arms folded saying 'prove it'. Unfortunately that is a non-defence IMO. Very risky.

This may be a bizarre question but do we have any idea where the white rocks originated from or what they are actually used for. I understand they are decorative rocks but they look like they are in a planter pot tray? Do some people just put white rocks in a tray as a decorative piece? Where was this thing located prior to ending up on the floor near the couch? Also in the audio is all of it taking place in the lounge room (i assume because this is where the rocks and telescope are and you can hear Rrie throwing them) Is any of the audio recorded in the bedroom?
