Are you sure he was sharing the actual recordings on bodybuilding? Or was this just conjecture? I think he was just discussing 'met a chick last night, had sex, 8/10' type thing and not uploading the whole recording for people to listen to.

With an IQ of 150, my assumption is that he made the recordings for his own protection/enjoyment to listen to later. They served a dual purpose.

I don't think someone with an IQ of 150 would open themselves up to being prosecuted for publishing that online.

This is the problem with our judicial system imo.
It generally cannot let prior/current behaviours and crimes be brought to a jury's attention, even given that those crimes and/or behaviours may be repetitive.

Look at Adrian Bayley for example. He has had SO many rape charges and convictions. None allowed to be discussed in court when he was tried for the rape and murder of Jill Meagher.
It was not until the sentencing that the judge was allowed to take his prior convictions into consideration and sentence him somewhat accordingly.

Gabe has actually fallen to bits while on bail, which is a whole lot softer than a stint in prison... . hair loss, loss of waistline, loss of teeth.. oh those shining teeth of Gabe's.. . what a target!... .. no internet. Not for years. Internet has to be earned. No women.

And he had no idea that she could attempt to flee?? Why? Because he had her mobile phone and belongings?
He honestly thought that Warriena would sit out there shivering and afraid, and wait for ....... what? :facepalm:

Tostee is so intent on trying to set the scene , in this tape. He is determined to inject into the recording that he is being 'beaten up'.. Warriena obviously has no idea what he is on about . at all. The tape is for distribution among like minded adherents , and Gabe wants it known that women beating him up are gonna go off that balcony , no worries,..

There is no sound of her fists on his flesh, or her wielding a weapon that bashes him about, nothing nothing nothing, and no screams of pain from Gabe either.. a theatrical 'ow'. that's about it.
He had no injuries consistent with being 'beaten up' nor being battered by 'rocks'.. as if he was a Pakistani woman suspected of adultery and hauled out into the market place and publicly stoned to death, this is the picture Gabe wants to create.

Estelle, I agree. There are a handful of statements in the recording that set off alarm bells in my head and that's one of them.

I was angry at defence barrister Saul Holt QC when he only said once that Warriena TRIED TO HIT TOSTEE and then the other times stated that she did!

Also I think the "rocks" should have been referred to as "pebbles".
