GT is a big guy who lifts weights, can lift up a woman no problem, can physically restrain and choke a woman and throw her out onto the balcony but we're to believe he feared for his safety? Yeah, no. Not buying that. What a joke.

WTF. You escort them to the door and ask them to leave. It takes just as much effort possibly less than throwing them onto the balcony and locking them outside.

I don't think juries like it when defendants don't take the stand. It looks like they aren't able to defend the charges.

My thoughts on this...

What he was referring to, is that she said "I need to take a ****" when he was restraining her at one point, and he made the DNA statement.

My thinking is that he was trying to say to her that he will report her to police and give them her DNA if she does anything to trash his apartment. Just my initial thoughts right when I listened to it. MOO
