I can't understand if the Jury is not allowed to take any actions after Rrie died into account - why was any of that CCTV allowed to be shown?

Just ridiculous IMO

I understand your frustration sleep. The Judge could have ruled it inadmissible. Unless the defence convinced the court that GT's demeanor after was innocent behaviour of someone in shock but the jury, like us folk, see more to it. This is bizarre, imo.

I feel very afraid for Warriena and her final terrifying moments. As someone who has experienced domestic abuse and assault, the way he was acting and his words just cut me to the core.

"Self defence" etc... I hope the jury is clear on the FACT that W did NOT "try" to "swing" that alleged object at Tostee until well and truly AFTER he "tackled her" to that floor and was assaulting her.

I hope they eyeball those little tiny rocks, and Tostee's tiny red marks that could have happened during sex, or the rough play during which he "hurt" W's vagina and laughed and did not sound distressed.

I hope they take into account HOW W ended up so excessively drunk that she was talking nonsense and seemed 'unstable'. .

I hope they ponder the FACT that W at least twice said she was leaving, and both times complained about items missing, and both times Tostee lulled her into staying.

I hope they take note that W wanted to call the police on her date and said so, just prior to her death.

I hope they put together the timing of her pitiful screams of "NO" with the timing of that door opening and closing. I hope they listened very very carefully.

I can't think too hard about her poor Mum and sis, sitting there, looking at T's fat smug head right now. I just cannot.

I only thought of the safety word to try and put that conversation into context. I am convinced beyond all reason that she told him she has to poo because he was pinning her at that moment. Maybe still playfully, but she wanted loose of him.

God, a million years ago I had a boyfriend that was rough. He never hit me, just pinned me, put me in choke hold, and flung me around. All the while with a time of voice similar to Mr GT. I wish I could explain. Like one hair short of going from fun to fiend. I was terrified of him and ended it. But so much he reminds me of this guy by tone and bravado.

I'm sorry to hear you have such personal experience.. quite a few following this case have too, and feel the same. That tone he used is unmistakable, isn;t it. Likewise, her terror.

Hes scared of something & knows he has to be fast , at this stage & he succeeded in removing this crucial evidence , thats it no proof sadly

Does he really need glasses? Those don't alter the outline of his face at all, like reading or distance glasses do. They look fake to me, like the idea is to give him some gravitas.

Did we ever find out how many of Warriena's handprints were on the balcony? I could imagine with her being three times over the limit she would have had to use a bit of effort to lift herself up over the balcony and then to hang on and try to lower herself. I'm thinking there would be handprints everywhere!

Oh remember...thanks. i thought it was why he put on patio. So put her on patio as apposed to putting her out front door. Oh god i wish he had. Perhaps he wanted her to settle down but bad choice. I did not like those recordings before he did.

Being reclusive and less gym work , less drinking in bachelor lifestyle & spending plenty of time studying the "net" & his potential good eating habits at home probably did it , im sure the specs are a disguise and thats all reasonable imo , he does look like "superman" & if you go to gaol being big it could benefit a young man ! Hes in a situation that is quite unlucky I feel

As soon as i saw that photo I thought those glasses are fake. His appearance now has changed out of sight from what it was two years ago, and while it's been suggested his weight gain could be due to stress eating or whatever meds he's taking, it occurs to me he could have put on weight deliberately to make himself look softer, less threatening. Add a pair of glasses and clearly he wouldn't hurt a fly.
