Cash told the court the jury would need to be convinced that Tostee intended to cause her grievous bodily harm to find him guilty of murder.
He explained that if the 45 seconds that Tostee restricted her breathing caused her to fall, it could be classified as murder.

If the jury does not think the prosecution case that she was trying to “escape” Tostee due to intimidation "then the accused will not have killed Warriena Wright” and they must find him not guilty of either murder or manslaughter.

Yes that is definitely what I think too. He constantly put thoughts of the balcony into her mind and she acted on them.

I am sorry and not trying to insinuate anything but that train of thought gives too little to Warriena. His comment about the balcony just seems like something a lot of people may say BUT not actually ever believing that would happen.
