Well, that answers our question, nothing matters after he left her on the balcony. Nothing!

W was a risk taker. Not scared type at all JMO. Grossly intoxicated.

She was pretty damn scared right at the end of her life, there. Just sayin.

If the jury isn't allowed to consider 'after' it shouldn't have been allowed to be shown as evidence in the first place

Listening to those moments right after he exits the balcony, I am pretty sure he did not lock the door right away. I can hear it shut, and around the time Warriena starts faintly screaming, I hear a sound very much like a lock turning. More screams, the neighbour screams too, I think, .. silence.. and THAT is when he starts hyperventilating.

The 'unscrewing ' sounds happen about 4 mins later and are distinctly metallic. It's a rapid sound, like it's being undone quickly, not done up. Not a small item, something with substance. At the ends of that, a couple 'clanks' like something coming apart. Then faint sirens.. then what I suppose is the front door, and then the elevator bings.

Re "Manchester" - Tostee says this, trying to make sense of what W is saying.. in her NZ accent, "Winchester" sounds like "Wunchester".

or winchester, as in rifle or gun scope? long metal object?

From all of the jury instructions, sounds like he is walking for sure especially with #733

That is ridiculous.

Because the item was never found, by fault of investigation because it was successfully disposed of by accused or by other means, therefore it is not evidence?

But jury can take into account intoxication & state of mind of the victim [emoji848]

How unfair.
