There was some discussion about someone earlier but I'm being lazy and not finding the post about a recurring thought of Coldstream. There is a company called Coldstream refrigeration and sheet metal linked to quirindri. If you google search quirindri and Coldstream that is what comes up. Probably means nothing but just thought hmmm

Oh, Jubelin knows what's he doing, all right. I do remember in Underbelly when they had Anthony Perish under arrest, but weren't sure if they had enough to convict, Jubelin said "somebody has to roll or this pr*ck is going to walk." And of course, two people rolled very gratifyingly and he was done.

Jubelin is very careful what words he puts out in the press releases. He wants certain people to know that other people are talking and providing info to the squad. It's like a domino game - one goes, then another, and then the whole lot fall down.

Cold Stream is s small town in VIC or greater melbourne of about 2000 people. Also they have an aviation school there. Long shot but I remember the interview with the parents they said that william liked to watch the planes then said something like 'I guess they like what u like'. That implied to me that the father may be ether into planes or a pilot.

Cold Stream is also a travel trailer or caravan as you guys call it. Or is that Airstream?

Yeah, that's what I always thought. Wouldn't he have a record of who he went to see, unless it was just to do a quote?

What I think happened is that BS made up an alibi, but questions from police have probably caught him so he keeps changing it. Maybe he puts on a "forgetful Grandpa" act.

And perhaps the location/pings of his phone that day .... and maybe even the tennis club and bottle shop CCTV.

Yes - it was me who had that name constantly coming up at the time William disapppeared. Someone early on mentioned that Coldstream was a brand of fridge - and there are also towns in Victoria and NSW with that name. The word was so persistent in my head that I started to search on line - and reported it to Crimestoppers - that is when I came across WebSleuths and joined up.

You are all doing some very interesting sleuthing!

Yes, I always thought it was an interesting request too. Because they have Spedding tracked by phone pings to that area? Because they have him on CCTV entering Kendall ... or leaving Kendall with the passenger seatbelt extended as if someone may be sitting within it?

I also think it is interesting how Jubelin states that "no-one noticed" ..... methinks that maybe he protests too much. I always get the feeling that they have a lot of circumstantial evidence, and they just need that one positive link, or they are just holding off until they get William's whereabouts.

I notice in your article, the friends they were staying with must live in Port Macquarie .... or he was staying in Port Macquarie without Margaret after the search.

Just bumping my own post because I just noticed this - and it conflicts with my post above. Wondering if Margaret returned to Laurieton (to ole Col's place) after the search, and Spedding remained in Port Macquarie ... perhaps.


Instead they spent the night at the home of a friend and relative, Colin Youngberry.

Youngberry invites us to sit in a couple of iron chairs on his porch; a tinnie on a trailer sits like an ornament in the front yard of his Laurieton house.

When GM mentioned "my grandchildren are coming to visit" BS may have said "thats great how old are they" and GM may have mentioned their name and age. I think if I was asked a similar question I would refer to each child by name and then their age.

What I take from that:

* No one witnessed "noticed" Spedding in the area.

* Maybe CCTV cameras noticed (seatbelt, etc) and also caught that no one was following his car.
